Mr. James L. Pokluda III, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Houston Wire & Cable Company since January 1, 2012 and has been its President since May 2011. Previously, Mr. Pokluda served as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Houston Wire & Cable Company. He served as Vice President of Marketing and Merchandising of Houston Wire & Cable Company since 2003. He served with Houston Wire & Cable Company in 1987 as an Account Manager and had been its leading salesperson for the three consecutive years and also served as its General Manager of the Southern Region in 1995. In 2000, he served as Regional Vice President and between 1995 and 2001 his profit and loss responsibility was expanded to include its Western and South-Central regions. He has been a Director of Houston Wire & Cable Company since January 1, 2012. Mr. Pokluda is a Graduate of the College of Engineering at Texas A&M University and regularly participates in executive education at the Graduate Schools of Business at the University of Chicago, Rice University and MIT.

Mr. Nicol G. Graham, also known as Nic, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Houston Wire & Cable Company since 1997 and serves as its Vice President. Mr. Graham joined Houston Wire & Cable Company in 1984 as Controller and has held various financial management positions. Mr. Graham is a registered CPA in the U.S. and a Chartered Accountant in his native Scotland.

Chris Mcleod serves as the VP Operations of Houston Wire & Cable Company. Chris started at Houston Wire & Cable Company in March of 2001. Chris currently resides in Houston, Texas Area.
