Mr. Paul Marabella serves as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Hovnanian Enterprises Inc. Mr. Marabella is responsible for leading the development and execution of the Information Technology Strategy & Vision and all Information Technology services & operations across the Hovnanian Enterprises. He joined K. Hovnanian following a long career at Mars, Incorporated where he held a variety of IT leadership roles within the United States and Europe. While with Mars, he served as the Chief Information Officer for the global Mars Food and Drinks businesses and led the implementation of standardized processes and systems as part of a global SAP deployment. Mr. Marabella holds an BS degree in Business & MIS and his MBA in International Business and Management, from Seton Hall University.

Mr. J. Larry Sorsby has been Chief Financial Officer of Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. since 1996 and Executive Vice President since November 2000. Mr. Sorsby was also Senior Vice President from March 1991 to November 2000 and was elected as a Director of the Company in 1997. He is Chairman of the Board of Visitors for Urology at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (???CHOP???) and also serves on the Foundation Board of Overseers at CHOP.

Michael P. Kehoe serves as the President of Eastern Title Agency and affiliated title agencies at Hovnanian Enterprises Inc. Mr. Kehoe is responsible for the various directly owned title insurance agencies of Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. He oversees the various state offices with regards to compliance issues, quality control and all title order processing. Prior to joining Hovnanian, Mr. Kehoe served as the Branch Manager for a title insurance company in Morristown, NJ. Depending on the state, Mr. Kehoe is involved in the initial investigative phase of land purchases, the acquisitions and, eventually, the out-sales of the Hovnanian communities. He is responsible for coordinating closings with the builder, the lender and the purchaser. Mr. Kehoe joined the New Jersey title operation, Eastern Title Agency, as Chief Title Officer and Office Manager in 1989. He served as President of the Title Agency at New Jersey since 1990 and had been responsible for all title entities operating in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida since 1993.

Dan A. Klinger serves as President of K Hovnanian American Mortgage LLC of Hovnanian Enterprises Inc., where Mr. Klinger is responsible for the complete control of operations including the Branch Network comprised of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Arizona, Ohio and California. Prior to joining Hovnanian Enterprises Inc in 2000, Mr. Klinger served as President of Preferred Home Mortgage Co., a subsidiary of Engle Homes. He has also worked for CTX Mortgage Co., a subsidiary of Centex Homes. He has been in the mortgage business for 22 years. Prior to the entering the mortgage business, Mr. Klinger was a High School History Teacher and Head Baseball Coach. Mr. Klinger served as a Director of Legacy Bank since 2003. Mr. Klinger is an alumnus of the University of Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Education.

Mr. Joseph F. Riggs, also known as Joe, has been Group President at Hovnanian Enterprises Inc. since 1999. Mr. Riggs has responsibility for building, selling and servicing homes in New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Minnesota, Michigan and Illinois. Mr. Riggs joined Hovnanian Enterprises Inc. in 1993 as an Area President. In 2003, his 810 Associates delivered more than 2,087 homes in the Northeast Region and maintained K. Hovnanian's position as the largest residential for-sale builder in New Jersey. He went on to become President of the Bowling Green Golf Course in Oak Ridge. In 1982 he became President of Swedeland Forge Associates, a medium-sized homebuilder. An active member of the New Jersey Builders Association, Mr. Riggs is a past President and has held numerous leadership positions in the Association. He served as a member of the Planning Board and the Board of Adjustment in Jefferson Township, Morris County. He was the President of the Board of Trustees for Oak Ridge Presbyterian Church and has served as a church elder for many years. He has received numerous industry awards, including 'Builder of the Year.' Mr. Riggs graduated with a Bachelor's degree in economics from St. Lawrence University in 1973.

Mr. Lucian Theon Smith, III is a Chief Operating Officer of Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Smith has more than 30 years of homebuilding experience. Mr. Smith joined Hovnanian Enterprises in April 2007 as a Region President and was promoted to Group President in January 2010 and served as its Executive Vice President of Homebuilding Operations since August 2015. Mr. Smith is an experienced leader within the homebuilding industry, having worked in senior leadership roles for a number of the largest publicly-traded home builders in the country. Mr. Smith is an Honorary Life Director of the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona.
