Mr. Randy Earl Buffington has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Allied Nevada Gold Corp., since January 2013 and serves as its Executive Chairman. Mr. Buffington served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Allied Nevada Gold Corp. from February 4, 2013 to July 08, 2013. Since 2003, he served in a variety of general management roles with Barrick Gold Corporation including Managing Director of Barrick's Lumwana copper project in Zambia and General Manager of the Goldstrike mine complex in Nevada. During his tenure with Barrick, he was also General Manager of the Ruby Hill and Bald Mountain operations in Nevada. He has been Director of Allied Nevada Gold Corp. since July 12, 2013. He served as an Independent Director of Rye Patch Gold Corp. from September 16, 2014 to November 14, 2016. From the late 1980s to 2003, Mr. Buffington held senior roles with both Cominco American and Placer Dome, Inc. Mr. Buffington holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada-Reno.

Mr. Jonathan M. Segal serves as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Highbridge Capital Management, LLC ( Highbridge). Mr. Segal joined Highbridge in 2007. He worked at Sanford Bernstein & Co., LLC. He has been a Director at A.M. Castle & Co since August 31, 2017. He serves as a Director of Hycroft Mining Corporation. He has been a Director of Contura Energy, Inc. since July 26, 2016. Mr. Segal received a bachelor of arts degree in urban studies from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Stephen M. Jones, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Allied Nevada Gold Corp. since March 06, 2012 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Jones has been the President and Secretary at EPM Mining Ventures Inc. since March 12, 2010. He has excellent qualifications and well rounded financial experience in the copper mining sector, led the financial affairs of Freeport that had challenges of a large remote copper business. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Katanga Mining Ltd. from July 5, 2006 to December 9, 2008. Mr. Jones was responsible for accounting, treasury, financial reporting, tax and IT for Katanga Mining Ltd. He has over 25 years of financial experience directing and consulting with a diverse portfolio of companies. He served as an Executive Vice President of PT Freeport Indonesia since December 1994. Mr. Jones joined Katanga from Riverway Petroleum Partners, where he was one of the Founding Partners from March 2003 to June 2006. From January 1991 to October 2000, he served at Freeport McMoRan Copper and Gold Inc. in a variety of capacities, including Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. Mr. Jones served as a Director at EPM Mining Ventures Inc. from March 12, 2010 to March 31, 2012. He served as a Director of PT Freeport Indonesia since December 1994. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Jones is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA degree in Finance.

Ms. Theresa Marie Thom, also known as Tracey, has been a Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communication at Allied Nevada Gold Corp. since April 2009. Ms. Thom served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Andina Minerals, Inc. from December 2007 to April 1,2009. She has over 14 years of experience in the mining industry, most recently with Kinross Gold Corporation (Kinross) where she served as Manager and Director of Investor Relations and Communications. Prior to that, she held various positions at TVX Gold Inc. until its acquisition by Kinross in 2003. During her tenure, Ms. Thom involved with two significant corporate acquisitions, including the $3.4 billion takeover of Bema Gold Corporation by Kinross.
