Mr. Filip Smeets has been a General Manager of On-Site Generation at Hydrogenics Corporation since April 4, 2011. Mr. Smeets served as a General Manager of Cabot Corporation, where he held full P&L responsibility and oversight of 400 employees for Cabot Corporation's plastics business. During his tenure at Cabot Corporation, Mr. Smeets held increasingly responsible positions. He received his Master's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Antwerp where he graduated with distinction and has received Six Sigma training from General Electric.

Mr. Wido Westbroek has been Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Hydrogenics Corporation since August 1, 2011. Mr. Westbroek served as a General Manager at Hydrogenics Corporation since July 2006 and serves as its Vice President. He served as Vice President of Operations, Europe of Hydrogenics Corp. since July 2006. He joined Hydrogenics Corp. in 2006 as Vice President of Operations of the Belgium On-Site division. His former career, spanning 18 years, was with Powerlasers, a developer and manufacturer of unique laser welding technology and a maker of auto parts for major automotive OEMs based in Canada and the US. Mr. Westbroek received his Bachelor of Science in Physics at the University of Waterloo in Ontario.

Mr. Robert M. Motz, also known as Bob, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at Hydrogenics Corporation since November 19, 2012. Mr. Motz served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Aeroquest International Ltd. since October 31, 2011. He served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of Aeroquest International Ltd. from May 16, 2011 to October 31, 2011. Mr. Motz served as the Chief Financial Officer of Aeroquest International from June 26, 2008 to October 31, 2011 and its Secretary from July 2008 to October 31, 2011. Mr. Motz is a Chartered Accountant and a senior financial, operational and administrative executive who has worked with leading international and Canadian corporations. He is experienced with public company issues and served as the Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded company in Canada and has particular expertise in the areas of corporate governance, international taxation, financial systems and cross functional organizations. Mr. Motz has been a Director at Aeroquest International Ltd. since October 31, 2011. He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Joseph Cargnelli, also known as Joe, C-Funded Hydrogenics Corporation , a holding company of Hydrogenics Test Systems Inc. (also known as Greenlight Power Technologies Inc.) in 1995 and has been its Chief Technology Officer since April 11, 2003. Mr. Cargnelli serves as Chief Technology Officer of Hydrogenetics, Inc. He served as Vice President of Technology at Hydrogenics Corp. since 1995. From April 1992 to April 1993, he served as a Research Engineer with the Laboratory of Advanced Concepts in Energy Conversion Inc. He has been a Director of Hydrogenics Corp. since May 17, 2005. He has been a Director of Stuart Energy, a subsidiary of Hydrogenics Corp. since January 2005. Previously, he served as a Director of Hydrogenics Corp. from 1996 to January 18, 2005. Mr. Cargnelli earned both a Masters of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
