Mr. Robert B. Kay has been Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at iBio, Inc. (formerly iBioPharma Inc) August 2008. Mr. Kay serves as Managing Director of Integrated BioPharma, Inc. He serves as a Principal, Co-Owner and Chairman of Seaway Biltmore, Inc., a hotel ownership and management company. He has more than 35 years of experience in the legal, business and pharmaceutical fields. He served as the Chairman of Paxis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since 2002 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President. His legal career has included considerable activity in the area of Corporate and Finance Law with broad experience in counseling financial institutions such as banks and credit card companies and in structuring and accomplishing major acquisitions and disposition transactions of banks and financial institutions domestically and internationally. He started his practice of corporate law in New York City in 1966. From 1983 to 2003 he was a Founder and Senior Corporate Partner of the New York City law firm Kay Collyer & Boose LLP where he oversaw a broad-based general corporate practice which included international transactional representation of both domestic and foreign clients, mergers and acquisitions, securities, franchising/licensing, partnerships/joint ventures, software, e-commerce and other financial transactions, with particular emphasis in the banking, credit card and hotel/hospitality industries. He has served also as a Senior Advisor to multi-national corporations in the banking, credit card and financial services industries. From January 1998 to August 2001, Mr. Kay served as a General Counsel of NIA Group, LLC. From August 2001 he has served as the President of Links Insurance Services LLC. He has been a Director of iBio, Inc since August 2008. He served as a Director of Integrated Biopharma Inc. from November 2003 to November 2008. He served as a Director of Taxolog, Inc. Mr. Canarick is a Certified Public Accountant and Attorney. Mr. Kay is a graduate of Cornell University's College of Arts and Sciences where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1963 and of New York University Law School where he earned a Juris Doctor degree in 1966.

Mr. Robert L. Erwin has been the President of iBio, Inc. (formerly iBioPharma, Inc.), a subsidiary of Integrated Biopharma Inc. since August 2008. Mr. Erwin co-founded Large Scale Biology Corp. in 1987 and served as its President from 1988 to 1992 and Chief Executive Officer from 1992 to April 2003. He is a Co-Founder of Marti Nelson Cancer Foundation and serves as its President. Prior to Large Scale Biology Corp., Mr. Erwin Co-founded Sungene Technologies Corporation and served as its Vice President of Research and Product Development from 1981 to 1986. He served as the Managing Director of Bio-Strategic Directors LLC. Mr. Erwin's non-profit work focuses on applying scientific advances to clinical medicine, especially in the field of oncology. He serves as the Chairman of Novici Biotech, a private biotechnology company. Mr. Erwin served as the Chairman of Large Scale Biology Corp., from 1992 to 2006. He serves as a Director of Resolve Therapeutics. He serves as a Director of Marti Nelson Cancer Foundation. He served as a Director of Large Scale Biology Corp. since 1987. He is a Member of the Research Committee of the American Society of Clinical Oncology. Mr. Erwin holds a BS in Zoology and an MS in Genetics from Louisiana State University.

Mr. Terence E. Ryan, also known as Terry, Ph.D., has been the Chief Scientific Officer at iBio, Inc. since March 2012. Mr. Ryan served as Senior Vice President at iBio, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at iBio, Inc. since July 2010. He has worked for such industry leaders as Wyeth (Pfizer) Research, GlaxoSmithKline, Celera Genomics and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. His distinguished 20-year career includes serving as lead biological technology evaluator for pharmaceutical business development groups. Mr. Ryan directly responsible for all aspects of new business development including cultivating relationships with major pharmaceutical companies and procuring grants and awards from government agencies. Additionally, he interfacing with iBio's development collaborator, Fraunhofer USA CMB, on ongoing development and refinement of the iBio-proprietary iBioLaunch(TM) platform for broad applications in the growth markets of orphan biologics; bio-similars and bio-betters and vaccines. Mr. Ryan served his Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of Wisconsin, Laboratory of Molecular Virology. Mr. Ryan holds a PhD in Microbiology from Rutgers University, an MS in Microbiology, also from Rutgers and an AB in Biology from Princeton University.
