The company recently implemented departmental reviews. However, the feedback isn't specifically tailored to any one person. They either like you or they don't, and this become clear after your first review. The advice they give is very generic and usually includes something like "read more scripts, go out on more drinks, we don't know who you are, etc." If you stick around long enough to get a second review, you will find they don't address what you've improved on, they will simply dangle a new carrot for you to chase in hopes of keeping you lingering around in their dwindling assistant ranks.
