consistent leadership approach and ability to truly speak up even when voicing unpopular opinions.
it would be better if there were more of us -- a small team doing duplicative work is very discouraging
becoming aligned in purpose and direction. supporting critical work up front rather than waiting to 'see what happens' before providing critical direction
most individual contributors only get a very small raise while managers, directors, executives and some others get much much more. feels unfair.
HR is just a mess and a new executive team with a clear and consistent direction would help. Also, why go with oracle products? they are terrible. more trouble ahead!
