Mr. Carl P. Schlachte, Sr. serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President at Ventiva, Inc. Mr. Schlachte has been the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Immersion Corporation since November 30, 2017. He has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor IP and microprocessor industries, including Chief Executive Officer roles at global fabless semiconductor and IP companies and Executive positions at Motorola and ARM Holdings plc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of ARC International Limited from February 23, 2004 to May 2009 and as its President from 2004 to May 2009. Mr. Schlachte spent 11 years working for Motorola in the Semiconductor Products Sector where he served positions of increasing responsibility in the sales function. Mr. Schlachte served as Vice President of North America and Embedded Business Development Manager for ARM Holdings PLC. At ARM, he established its North American operations and secured strategic relationships with some of the largest chip and system companies in the United States. Mr. Schlachte served as a Vice President and General Manager of the Advanced Processor Solutions of Business Units at RMI Corporation from August 2003 to January 2004. Mr. Schlachte joined ARC from Raza Microelectronics Inc., where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer and also served as its General Manager of Advartecd Processor Division from August 2003 to January 2004. He served as President of SandCraft and also served as its Chief Executive Officer from January 2003 to August 2003. Mr. Schlachte served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of BOPS Inc. from January 2000 to October 2002. He serves as Chairman at Immersion Medical, Inc. He has been Independent Chairman of Immersion Corporation since July 1, 2012. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Mosaid Technologies Inc. since April 9, 2007. He has been an Independent Director of Mosaid Technologies Inc. since September 22, 2006. He has been a Director of Immersion Corporation since June 2011. He served as a Director of Peregrine Semiconductor Corporation from October 2010 to December 12, 2014. He served as an Executive Director of Arc International Limited from 2003 to May 2009. His specialties include change strategies that help move companies from selling technologies to providing solutions, as well as acquisition strategy and integration, building and leading strong executive teams and internal cultural development. He is a well-known media personality and often speaks on trends in technology and on the intersection between technological evolution and modern culture. He is active in his local community and philanthropic causes. Mr. Schlachte holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Clemson University.

Ms. Nancy Erba has been the Chief Financial Officer at Immersion Corporation since September 1, 2016. Ms. Erba served as Vice President of Finance, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis at Seagate, the global leader of storage solutions. During her 22-year tenure with Seagate, Ms. Erba held Vice President positions in Corporate Development, Business Operations and Planning and Finance. As Vice President, Finance and Division Chief Financial Officer for Seagat's Consumer Solutions Division, she built a global finance team that drove revenue planning for its $800M retail business. As Vice President Finance & Division Chief Financial Officer for Strategic Growth Initiatives, she directed all financial functions for their Cloud Systems and Solutions, Electronic Solutions and Mobility businesses, integrating M&A transactions valued at over $750M. In her most recent role, Ms. Erba focused on driving growth initiatives, analytics and resource planning as part of the global executive team. Prior to joining Seagate, she served as a Treasury Analyst at Borland International. Ms. Erba holds a Bachelor's Degree in mathematics from Smith College and an MBA from Baylor University.

Ms. Anne Marie Peters, also known as Amie, has been Senior Vice President of IP Licensing and Legal Affairs of Immersion Corporation since August 30, 2016 and has been its General Counsel since December 2008. Ms. Peters served as Senior Vice President of Legal and Corporate Secretary of Immersion Corporation until August 30, 2016. Ms. Peters served as Vice President of Legal at Immersion Corporation since December 2008. Ms. Peters is a commercially focused, pragmatic, experienced counsel with a proven track record. Prior to joining Immersion, she was a Corporate Partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP. During her more than nine years with Morrison & Foerster, she engaged in a general corporate and transactional practice, representing companies in contract and business negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, public securities offerings, compliance with periodic reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, private debt and equity placements and other corporate matters. Ms. Peters served as Diagnostic Manufacturing Supervisor for Chiron Corporation. Ms. Peters holds several degrees from the University of California (UC): a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from UC Berkeley; an MBA from UC Davis Graduate School of Management; and a JD degree from UC Davis School of Law.

Catherine Maresh serves as the VP, Intellectual Property Portfolio Management & Litigation of Immersion Corporation. Catherine started at Immersion Corporation in August of 2008. Catherine currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
