Mr. Michael F. Brigham has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Immucell Corp. since February 2000 and its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since October 1991. Mr. Brigham has been Secretary of Immucell Corp. since December 1995. He serves as Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of the Kennebunk Free Library. He served as Vice President of Immucell Corp. from December 1998 to February 2000. He served as Director of Finance and Administration of Immucell Corp. since September 1989. He served as an Audit Manager for the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Biotechnology Association of Maine. He has been a Director of Immucell Corp. since March 1999. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Maine Biotechnology Information Bureau. He Earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut in 1983 and his Masters in Business Administration from New York University in 1989.

Ms. Bobbi Jo Brockmann, also known as Kunde, has been Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ImmuCell Corp. since February 2015. Ms. Brockmann served as Director of Sales and Marketing at ImmuCell Corp. from January 2010 to February 2015. After several positions with advertising and marketing firms, she joined APC, Inc. of Ankeny, Iowa in 1999. After serving first as its Marketing Manager and then Sales Manager, she was promoted to Director of Sales - East for APC's Calf Operations Group in 2008, in which position she served until December 2009. Ms. Brockmann is well known in the dairy industry. Her accomplishments include some significant product launches of serum-based colostrum supplement and replacer products. She served as a Director of ImmuCell Corporation since March 7, 2017 until September 1, 2017. She is a Graduate of Iowa State University.

Ms. Elizabeth L. Williams, also known as Betsy, has been Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at ImmuCell Corp. since April 04, 2016. Ms. Williams has extensive experience from a successful career with Zoetis and Pfizer Animal Health in a broad range of leadership roles including quality, validation, process and product development, manufacturing and site leadership at multiple locations. She led the U.S. Region for Zoetis as Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Supply. Her breadth of expertise includes building and expanding biopharmaceutical facilities, qualifying and launching new products and processes and leading the manufacturing and support functions at sites regulated by the USDA, FDA and other international regulatory authorities. Ms. Williams earned her Masters of Business Administration from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri and her Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Missouri.

Dr. Joseph H. Crabb, Ph.D. has been Chief Scientific Officer of Immucell Corp. since September 1998 and has been its Vice President since December 1998. Dr. Crabb served as Vice President of Research and Development since March 1996. He served as Director of Research and Development and Senior Scientist since originally joining Immucell Corp. in November 1988. Dr. Crabb served as the Chairman of Immucell Corp. from June 2009 to February 2013. He served as a Director of Immucell Corp. since March 2001 until September 1, 2017. He holds a Clinical Assistant Professorship at Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine and serves on National Institutes of Health advisory committees. Prior to joining Immucell Corp. in 1988, Dr. Crabb earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Dartmouth Medical School and Completed Postdoctoral studies in Microbial Pathogenesis at Harvard Medical School, where he also served on the faculty.
