Mr. Joseph R. Tomkinson, also known as Joe, has been the Chairman of Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc. since April 1998 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since August 1995. Mr. Tomkinson Co-Founded Excel Mortgage Servicing, Inc in 1995 and serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Impac Funding Corporation (IFC) since 1995, also known as the mortgage operations and of Impac Warehouse Lending Group Inc., also known as the warehouse lending operations, since 1995. From February 1997 to May 1999, he served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Impac Commercial Holdings, Inc. (ICH) from 1997 to May 1999 and Impac Commercial Capital Corporation (ICCC), ICH's conduit operations. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Imperial Credit Industries, Inc. (ICII) from January 1992 to February 1996 and from 1986 to January 1992, he served as the President of Imperial Bank Mortgage, one of the divisions that later was combined to become ICII in 1992. Mr. Tomkinson has 28 years of combined experience in real estate, real estate financing and mortgage banking to IMH. Mr. Tomkinson has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of RAI Advisors, LLC since it's inception. From August 1995 to April 1998, Mr. Tomkinson served as a Vice Chairman of the Board of IMH. He has been a Director at Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc. since August 1995. He has been a Director of Impac Warehouse Lending Group Inc. since 1995. He serves as a Director of Impac Funding Corporation. He served as a Director of ICII from December 1991 to June of 1999. He served as an Unaffiliated Director of ICH since it's formation in 1997 and was a Member of the Audit Committee. He served as a Director at BNC Mortgage, Inc. since February 1998. He served as a Director of ICII since December 1991. He graduated with a Bachelor Science degree in 1969 from Seattle University.

Mr. Todd R. Taylor has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc. since November 04, 2008 and serves as its Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Taylor serves as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Impac Commercial Capital Corporation, Impac Funding Corporation and Impac Warehouse Lending Group Inc., subsidiaries of Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc. from February 12, 2008 to November 4, 2008, served as Senior Vice President and Controller from October 2004 to October 2007 and also served as its Chief Accounting Officer from October 2007 to February 12, 2008. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Administration and Secretary of Primal Solutions Inc. since September 2, 2003 until October 15, 2004 and as its Principal Accounting Officer until October 15, 2004. Mr. Taylor joined Primal Solutions Inc. in 2000 as its Controller. Mr. Taylor has 15 years of Finance, Accounting and Management Experience in the software and financial services industries. Prior to joining Primal Solutions Inc., he served as Vice President at Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc. He specialized in the Audits of publicly-held financial services firms while employed by KPMG LLP. Mr. Taylor earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University at Fullerton and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Justin Moisio serves as Vice President of Business Development & Investor Relations at Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. Mr. Moisio serves as Director at The Orange County Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute since July 2006 and served as its Treasurer.

Mr. Ronald M. Morrison, also known as Ron, has been an Executive Vice President of IMPAC Mortgage Holdings Inc. since August 2001. Mr. Morrison has been the General Counsel and Secretary of IMPAC Mortgage Holdings Inc. since July 1998. He serves as an Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Impac Commercial Capital Corporation. He serves as General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Impac Warehouse Lending Group, Inc. From August 1998 to May 1999, he was also General Counsel and Secretary of ICH and ICCC. Mr. Morrison was a Partner in the law firm of Morrison and Smith from 1978 to until joining IMH in 1998. Mr. Morrison obtained an undergraduate degree from U.C.L.A in 1973. In 1976, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law and was admitted to practice law in the State of California that same year.

Bela Donine serves as the Senior Vice President-Mortgage Operations of Impac Companies. Bela started at Impac Companies in January of 2016. Bela currently resides in Orange County, California Area.

Kim Sanderson serves as the Senior Vice President of Impac Companies. Kim started at Impac Companies in May of 2008. Kim currently resides in Greater Los Angeles Area.

Kenn Frantz serves as the Senior Vice President of Internal Audit / Chief Audit Executive of Impac Companies. Kenn started at Impac Companies in September of 2015. Kenn currently resides in Orange County, California Area.
