In workplace I interact with employees visiting headquarters from all around the world. Everyone is kind and considerate. I worked at many tech companies such as google, uber, visa, pinterest and the culture is much more pleasant here. previously I never knew that I could be this happy here.

I like that they are approachable and interact with people of all levels within the company. The will check in with you in passing and I am not intimidated to approach them; being that I work in a facilities related role.

Unlimited PTO when salaried. They are flexible with employees, family comes first. Medical benefits do not increase with multiple children. Its the same price for 1 child as it would be for 2. I love my FSA and Dependent Care Benifits.
