Too much waiting time, too many rounds of interview, no clarity in the role and constant back-and-forth
Most of the teams are hardworking except the management who feeds of the teams' ideas and hardwork doing nothing concrete individually.
First the executive management needs to create a culture. They are self-obsessed treating other hard working staff as their labour and not partners.
The management first takes care of themselves. It is not a meritocracy - the best don't get recognized, rewarded or given decision making power. The management takes credit for their teams performance and likewise rewards, decision making and recognition.
