Mr. William Bradford Kessel, also known as Brad, has been the President Independent Bank Corporation and Independent Bank since April 1, 2011 and has been their Chief Executive Officer and Director since January 1, 2013. Mr. Kessel served as Chief Operating Officer of Independent Bank Corporation and Independent Bank since September 2007 to January 1, 2013 and also served as their Executive Vice President since September 2007 to April 1, 2011. Prior to joining Independent Bank Corporation in 1994, he worked for a regional certified public accounting firm in their financial institutions group. Mr. Kessel holds BS in Accounting from Miami University in 1987 and MBA from Grand Valley State University in 2000.

Ms. Stefanie M. Kimball has been the Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President of Independent Bank Corporation since September 2012 and April 2007 respectively. Ms. Kimball served as the Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President of Independent Bank Corporation since 2007. She served as an Executive Vice President of Commercial Lending at Independent Bank Corporation since April 18, 2007. She served as Chief Lending Officer of Independent Bank Corp and Executive Vice President of Independent Bank Corp for Independent Bank Grand Rapids, Michigan. She has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has strong, proven experience in both the commercial and retail arenas. She served as Senior Vice President, Credit Strategies & Solutions of Comerica, Incorporated in Detroit, where her tenure included senior-level roles of increasing responsibility in credit risk management, process improvement and technology innovation. She is a Member of the Risk Management Association and InForum/Women's Economic Club of Detroit. She earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Oakland University in Rochester, Mich. and an MBA from the University of Detroit.

Mr. David C. Reglin has been an Executive Vice President of Retail Banking at Independent Bank Corporation since September 2007. Prior to September 2007, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Independent Bank West Michigan since 1999 and prior to that time, he was Senior Vice President of the Bank since 1991. Mr. Reglin is also the President of Independent Title Services, Inc. He originally joined the Company in 1981. Mr. Reglin received his bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University.

Mr. Robert N. Shuster, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Independent Bank Corporation since 2001 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Shuster has been Chief Executive Officer of Independent Bank MSB and President of Independent Bank MSB at Independent Bank Corporation since 1999. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of Mutual Savings Bank and President of Mutual Savings Bank at Independent Bank Corporation since 1994. He serves as an Executive Officer of Mepco Finance Corporation. He has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including nine years as the Chief Executive Officer. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Degree from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Michael M. Magee, Jr. has been the Chairman of the Board of Independent Bank Corporation since April 27, 2011 and Independent Bank since 2011. Mr. Magee served as the Chief Executive Officer of Independent Bank Corporation from January 1, 2005 to January 1, 2013 and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2004 to January 1, 2005. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Independent Bank since 1993. He serves as a Director of Independent Bank.

Mr. Peter R. Graves has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Commercial Loans at Independent Bank Corporation since April 24, 2007 and 1999 respectively. Mr. Graves served as a Vice President of Commercial Loan Services Department at Independent Bank Corp.

Mr. Patrick J. Ervin, also known as Pat, has been an Executive Vice President of Mortgage Banking at Independent Bank Corporation since November 21, 2017. Mr. Ervin served as Senior Vice President of Mortgage Banking of Independent Bank Corporation since September 2016 until November 21, 2017. He served as an Executive Managing Director of Residential Mortgages for First Michigan Bank at Talmer Bancorp, Inc. since August 2009. He served as an Executive Managing Director of Talmer Bank and Trust. He has served on the Regional Lending Advisory Boards of both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Mr. Ervin has over 17 years of mortgage banking experience. He has a tremendous background in the mortgage and reverse mortgage industry. He joined First Michigan after five years of successful entrepreneurship in the mortgage business. He held senior level management positions with Standard Federal (now Bank of America) and TCF Bank. Mr. Ervin is a graduate of Adrian College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management.

Mr. Larry Russ Daniel has been an Executive Vice President of Operations & Digital Banking at Independent Bank Corporation and Independent Bank since November 21, 2017. Mr. Daniel served as Senior Vice President of Retail and Mortgage Lending at Independent Bank Corporation and Independent Bank from 2012 to November 21, 2017. He is responsible for Loan Servicing, Deposit Operations, IB Insurance Services, as well as Independent's digital banking strategy. He served as Senior Vice President of Retail and Mortgage Lending at Independent Bank. Mr. Daniel joined Independent Bank over 19 years ago as a commercial lender, after nine years of commercial and retail bank management experience in both Baltimore, Maryland and West Michigan. He is Board Chair of the State of Michigan Habitat for Humanity and a Board Member of the Habitat Michigan Fund. Mr. Daniel has a BBA from William and Mary and an MBA from Western Michigan University.
