Mr. David R. Brooks is the Chairman of the board of Capital Southwest Corporation. Mr. Brooks is the Chairman of the board, Chief Executive Officer, and a director of Independent Bank Group, Inc. Mr. Brooks previously served on the board of managers of Noel-Levitz, LLC. He also previously served on the board of trustees of Houston Baptist University. Mr. Brooks has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry and previously served as the Chief Financial Officer at Baylor University. Mr. Brooks holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Business Administration from Baylor University.

Ms. Michelle S. Hickox has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Independent Bank Group, Inc. since May, 2012. Ms. Hickox serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Independent Bank. She served as the Managing Director of General Services in the Dallas, Texas office of RSM McGladrey, Inc. since October 2005. Prior to Independent Bank Group in May 2012, Ms. Hickox was an Audit Partner of McGladrey LLP. Over her 22 year career in public accounting, Ms. Hickox provided audit, financial reporting, internal control assistance and training to community banks and was a designated financial institution specialist within McGladrey LLP. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and is a Member of the AICPA, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Dallas CPA Society. Ms. Hickox obtained her B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

Mr. James C. White, also known as Jim, is Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Independent Bank and Independent Bank Group, Inc.. He has over thirty years??? experience in the banking industry and has held a variety of management positions in finance, operations, product development, strategic planning, compliance and information technology. Prior to that, Mr. White served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Fischer & Company (???Fischer???), a global corporate real estate firm that provides consulting, brokerage, and technology solutions to many Fortune 500 companies from July 2015 to April 2016. Prior to Fischer, Mr. White served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Texas Capital Bank from February 2000 to June 2015. Mr. White holds a bachelor's of science degree from the University of North Texas in business and control systems, and is certified in Six Sigma, a Certified Treasury Professional and a current member of the Association of Financial Professionals.

Mr. Brian E. Hobart serves as Vice Chairman of Independent Bank Group, Inc. and Independent Bank and has been its Chief Lending Officer since 2009. Mr. Hobart serves as the President of Central Texas Operations at Independent Bank. He served as Senior Executive Vice President at Independent Bank Group, Inc. since 2009. He was one of the founders of IBG Central Texas and served as its President. Prior to joining IBG Central Texas, he served as a Senior Officer of other Waco banks for 13 years. Mr. Hobart served as a Member of the Board of the McKinney Education Foundation. He served as a Director of IBG Central Texas from 2004 to January 2009. He is an active volunteer within the communities of North and Central Texas and has served in various roles over his career with an emphasis on youth.

Mr. Daniel W. Brooks, also known as Dan, has been the Vice Chairman of Independent Bank Group, Inc. since 2009 and Chief Risk Officer since April 2013. Mr. Brooks has been the Vice Chairman of Independent Bank since 2009 and also serves as its Chief Risk Officer. Mr. Brooks served as the President of Independent Bank Group from 2002 to 2009. Mr. Brooks has functioned as Independent Bank Group's Chief Credit Officer throughout his tenure with it. Mr. Brooks began his banking career in 1980's with a large regional bank and has been active in community banking since 1980. Mr. Brooks has served in numerous leadership roles in the Collin County community, including service as the Chairman of the Board for Medical Center of McKinney and on the boards of directors of McKinney Christian Academy and the McKinney Education Foundation. Mr. Brooks has been a Director of Independent Bank Group since 2002 and Independent Bank Group, Inc. since 2009.

Mr. Douglas A. Cifu, also known as Doug, has been the Chief Executive Officer at KCG Holdings, Inc. since July 20, 2017. Mr. Cifu has been the Chief Executive Officer of Virtu Financial, Inc. since November 2013. His experience as a corporate attorney provides with valuable insight regarding acquisitions, debt financings, equity financings and public markets. Mr. Cifu co-founded Vincent Viola in 2008. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Virtu Financial LLC and Virtu Financial, Inc. since 2008. Prior to the founding of Virtu Financial, LLC in 2008, he was a Partner in the Corporate Department of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Co-Head of the Internet, Media and Technology Group. He served as Deputy Chairman of the Corporate Department and Head of the Private Equity Group of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. Mr. Cifu has worked on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, joint ventures and licensing transactions. He represents a number of leading venture capital firms in structuring and negotiating their investments in Internet, media and technology companies. Mr. Cifu also represents a number of Internet companies in various stages of development in a wide variety of financing, strategic and other transactions. He regularly represents the world's largest private equity investment fund focused exclusively on Internet and information technology in numerous transactions. Mr. Cifu also represents public companies in their merger and acquisition activities. He represented a major provider of end-to-end optical network and Internet infrastructure solutions in all of its merger and acquisition activity including more than $4 billion of acquisitions in the last 12 months and in connection with its signing of definitive agreements with one of the world's leading telecommunications services providers, to sell up to 19.9 percent of its stock for $1.7 billion. He has been a Director of Independent Bank Group, Inc. since 2008 and its Lead Independent Director since 2013. He has been a Director of KCG Holdings, Inc. since July 20, 2017. He has been a Director of Virtu Financial, Inc. since November 2013. He has been a Director of Virtu Financial LLC since 2008. He served as Director of SBI Japannext Co., Ltd. since July 5, 2016. He was named to Crain's New York Business Technology 100. He was a Member of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems. He was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was the recipient of the Willen Memorial Political Science Prize and was a Dean's List student. Mr. Cifu received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 1990 and a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science in 1987 from Columbia College.

Mr. Christian Lewis serves as Regional President - Denver - Independent Bank. He served as the President of DTC & Cherry Hills office at First Western Trust Bank since December 2009 until June 2013. Mr. Lewis served as Senior Vice President of First Western Trust Bank. He was responsible for building client banking and lending relationships in the Denver Metro area. He served as a Vice President of US Bank at private Client Group, and a Branch Manager at Commercial Federal Bank. He has been involved at Downtown Denver Partnership and Alliance for Corporate Growth (ACG) Leadership programs, and has served on the Associate Board at Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver since 2007. Mr. Lewis, who has earned the CFP(R) designation, holds a BSBA from Creighton University, College of Business Administration, and an MBA from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business.

Mr. Mark Haynie is Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Independent Bank Group, Inc. since January 8, 2018. Mr. Haynie has over 35 years of experience representing community banks in a wide variety of corporate, regulatory and securities matters. Haynie has represented Independent Bank Group since its formation in 2002, serving as lead counsel on all of its M&A and capital markets transactions.

Mr. James P. Tippit has been Executive Vice President Corporate Responsibility at Independent Bank Group, Inc. since January 08, 2018. Mr. Tippit has been with Independent Bank since 2011 as Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Officer and then Head of Corporate Responsibility. As EVP, he will continue to oversee Human Resources, CRA, Community Development, Marketing and Communications. Prior to joining Independent Bank, he worked for JP Morgan Chase in the Wealth Management Division and American Express Financial Advisors.

Mr. Ethan Everett serves as Senior Vice President of Independent Bank Group, Inc. Mr. Everett served as President of Lake Highlands Location at ViewPoint Bank until July 2012. Mr. Everett has worked in business lending locally since 2006. He is also a member of the Exchange Club of Lake Highlands. He is a graduate of Lake Highlands High School and Texas Tech in Lubbock.
