The interview process is well thought out and ensures that you'll get an idea of who you'll be working with, what you'll be working on, and how the products tie together
The team I work within consists of some amazing engineers, but most of all, everyone's looking out for each other. Noone dumps an unreasonable workload on anyone else, and support is offered openly
The general care to employees - we're here to work ultimately, and it'd be easy for an employer to take a minimal approach, but instead we're very well looked after, even down to getting unexpected care packages
The leadership team are extremely open and approachable - from short emails with things they're currently thinking about, to regular (remote) all-hands giving updates on growth and direction. It's quite refreshing to see how much they care
Whilst the pay is excellent, the best part is probably the thought that's been put into the overall package - little things like including a remote working stipend despite the company being fully remote (so we all know what we're getting into). Nothing is ignored and left to the employee to cover.
