They know when to say "no" but do their best to say "yes" (where possible)
Moving quickly while being open about what is going on. Digging into issues (sometimes above/beyond) to make sure we feel good/right about our responses (internal and external)
Experimenting with (and ideally solving) different use-cases (generated by customer asks/requests) and communicating solutions/proposals to customers (in order to overcome their challenges) as well as communicate internally (so that others within the company are informed as to "how" we did it).
