Very positive working environment with leadership team that gives great support and added help on deals I am working. We have a long way to go in terms of increasing the efficiency around certain aspects on the sales team, but being a part of the team that is building this out is fulfilling.

Everyone is super positive and supportive. I feel really comfortable asking questions or getting help from my peers. My peers tend to want to uplift and add levity so its not a pressure cooker here at work.

The salary portion of my compensation package is really fair, allowing me to balance my life outside of work really well. I am really happy about the variable portion, as winning deals is my favorite part and I am paid a fair amount for winning,

Getting the little daily wins are really fun and are celebrated at work. Even a small call out our shout out of good job on even scheduling a meeting goes a long way towards keeping me motivated and happy to repeat these daily tiny wins.

we communicate really well with each other. My manager has the perfect demeanor when it comes to managing not only myself, but our entire team, all with unique personalities. He also understands my role, therefore allows me to work and get my job done without micro managing/adding unwanted pressure.
