His only focus seems to be financial growth. There are other things a CEO should be interested in as well. He sometimes pays lip service to how great the people are, but always comes across as harsh when the numbers aren't meeting his expectations. There've been way too many reorganizations (read layoffs) under him. He's well beyond retirement age and seems detached from the priorities of younger employees.
