What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Diversity, inclusion and listening and protecting women. Especially, women of color.
Managing workload, caring abt employees
ALL leadership and HR personal needs to be investigated due to them having such close relationships with each other. Having personal feelings gets to there better judgement

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The staff knows that the work load is not well balanced but they do not care meanwhile the work is done and the employees making the work are not considered for promotions or certifications
We have seen new associates come in at higher pay, than tenured associates
If they cared, would we work on THANKSGIVING? would we make 28k a year?

Each team has a singular focus to assist partners needs. By having the focus within the team, we can thrive and grow. Other teams work closely to meet the needs of customers.

More support from management team
Too many unproductive meetings and inefficient processes. Too many employees are truy unqualified for their roles, especially in management. Encountered many instances of rude employees and employees ignoring business-critical requests from colleagues.

Helping is always in fashion. Negative people don't tend to last long at Ingram.
