Mr. Christopher E. Greiner has been Chief Financial and Operating Officer of Inovalon Holdings, Inc. since November 1, 2016. Mr. Greiner served as the Chief Product & Operations Officer at Inovalon Holdings, Inc. from May 2014 to November 1, 2016. In this role He was responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation, service delivery, performance and reporting of all developed product and solution groups of the Company. He served as Chief Product Officer at Inovalon Holdings, Inc., since May 2013. Prior to joining Inovalon, He served as a Vice President at Computer Services Corporation (CSC) where he was responsible for full P&L management of the company's commercial portfolio, comprising more than 60% of the company's revenues, as well as the focal portfolio initiatives of big data, cloud and cyber security. Prior to his role at CSC, He served as the combined COO and CFO of IBM's Business Analytics division (formally known as Cognos). In this role, He was responsible for more than $2 billion in revenue across 170 countries and more than 5,000 employees. During his tenure in the position, He was responsible for all aspects of the division's operations, performance, client relations and both organic and inorganic expansion strategy. Under His oversight, the division achieved six straight quarters of double-digit revenue growth and achieved more than 100% year-over-year profitability expansion. Prior to his divisional COO/CFO role at IBM, He was responsible for global forecast consolidation across all IBM divisions and geographies. In this position, He worked with IBM's CFO, controller and divisional leaders to institute financial performance models, investment prioritization, currency modeling, portfolio metrics and business model stress testing. He additionally managed treasury, investor relations, global monthly and quarterly closes, forecasting and both financial systems and SOX compliance. Prior to this position, He was responsible for IBM's global services business based in Shanghai, China and Tokyo, Japan. Additionally, He fulfilled multiple roles in finance and operations both within IBM's U.S. business and overseas operations in Australia, India, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Baylor University.

Ms. Shauna L. Vernal was Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Inovalon Holdings, Inc. until November 30, 2017 and its Executive Officer until December 31, 2017. Ms. Vernal served as Chief Legal Officer for Falck USA (???Falck???), a large provider of emergency medical services, from April 2012 to April 2013. Prior to her tenure at Falck, from September 2000 to March 2012, Ms. Vernal served in various senior strategic legal roles at Microsoft Corporation (???Microsoft???), including, for nearly nine years, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities matters, and lastly, serving as the lead attorney and part of the leadership team for Microsoft's Worldwide Public Sector. Prior to her tenure at Microsoft, from January 1998 to August 2000, Ms. Vernal served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary of West Coast Bancorp. Ms. Vernal began her career as an attorney at the law firm of Graham & Dunn, P.C. in Seattle, Washington. Ms. Vernal received her Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Washington and her Bachelors of Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude, from California Lutheran University. She also graduated with Honors from Pacific Coast Banking School, executive business management training for financial institution executives and regulators.

Mr. Robert A. Wychulis, also known as Bob, has been the President of Inovalon Holdings, Inc. since May 19, 2014. Mr. Wychulis served as the Chief Executive Officer, Community Care - New York of AMERIGROUP Corporation since July 2008. He served as the President of AMERIGROUP New York, LLC. He has more than 30 years of diverse experience in healthcare. He joined Inovalon after served as the President of the WellPoint New York government program health plan, HealthPlus, an Amerigroup company, where he was responsible for the full P&L management of the company's $1.9 billion product portfolio within the New York region. He was responsible for oversight of medical management, quality improvement, finance, compliance, human resources, government relations, provider contracting, marketing, enrollment, strategic planning and the managed long-term care product and played a pivotal role in working with state regulators in transforming New York's Medicaid delivery system through the state's Medicaid Redesign Team (MRT). From 2003 until recently, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Florida Association of Health Plans. He served in a number of positions, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Healthplan Southeast. He began his career as a business administrator for the Metropolitan Center for Mental Health in New York City. He was awarded WellPoint's Pinnacle Award, the company's highest management award in 2013. In the same year, HealthPlus was the most profitable of the 20 WellPoint government program plans. Mr. Wychulis is graduated from high school in Brooklyn, earned his undergraduate degree from City University of New York and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from New York University.

Nader Hawit serves as the Senior Director and General Manager of Inovalon. Nader started at Inovalon in January of 2014. Nader currently resides in the Washington D.C. Metro Area.

Nicholas Giro serves as the Director, Lead Generation of Inovalon. Nicholas started at Inovalon in April of 2015. Nicholas currently resides in the Baltimore, Maryland Area.

Peter Bock serves as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of Inovalon. Peter started at Inovalon in February of 2019. Peter currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.

Russ Damron serves as the AVP, Procurement, Real Estate and Facilities of Inovalon. Russ started at Inovalon in October of 2018. Russ currently resides in the United States.
