Mr. Christopher E. Greiner has been Chief Financial and Operating Officer of Inovalon Holdings, Inc. since November 1, 2016. Mr. Greiner served as the Chief Product & Operations Officer at Inovalon Holdings, Inc. from May 2014 to November 1, 2016. In this role He was responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation, service delivery, performance and reporting of all developed product and solution groups of the Company. He served as Chief Product Officer at Inovalon Holdings, Inc., since May 2013. Prior to joining Inovalon, He served as a Vice President at Computer Services Corporation (CSC) where he was responsible for full P&L management of the company's commercial portfolio, comprising more than 60% of the company's revenues, as well as the focal portfolio initiatives of big data, cloud and cyber security. Prior to his role at CSC, He served as the combined COO and CFO of IBM's Business Analytics division (formally known as Cognos). In this role, He was responsible for more than $2 billion in revenue across 170 countries and more than 5,000 employees. During his tenure in the position, He was responsible for all aspects of the division's operations, performance, client relations and both organic and inorganic expansion strategy. Under His oversight, the division achieved six straight quarters of double-digit revenue growth and achieved more than 100% year-over-year profitability expansion. Prior to his divisional COO/CFO role at IBM, He was responsible for global forecast consolidation across all IBM divisions and geographies. In this position, He worked with IBM's CFO, controller and divisional leaders to institute financial performance models, investment prioritization, currency modeling, portfolio metrics and business model stress testing. He additionally managed treasury, investor relations, global monthly and quarterly closes, forecasting and both financial systems and SOX compliance. Prior to this position, He was responsible for IBM's global services business based in Shanghai, China and Tokyo, Japan. Additionally, He fulfilled multiple roles in finance and operations both within IBM's U.S. business and overseas operations in Australia, India, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Baylor University.
