Dr. Ford G. Tamer, Ph.D. serves as Chief Executive Officer and President at Inphi Corporation since February 1, 2012. Mr. Richard T. Ogawa has been General Counsel of Inphi Corporation since January 1, 2013. Mr. Ogawa is responsible for overseeing legal matters as well as corporate, intellectual property and government affairs. He is founder and owner of OGAWA, P.C., which is a boutique high technology law firm involved predominately with venture-backed start-ups. Mr. Ogawa serves as General Counsel for MCube, Inc. funded by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. Mr. Ogawa also serves as Chief Intellectual Property Officer for Stion Corporation, Soraa, Inc., Topanga Technologies, Inc., PVT Solar, Inc., Sakti, Inc., and others, which were funded by Khosla Ventures in Silicon Valley. Through OGAWA, P.C., Mr. Ogawa represents many other Silicon Valley companies. Mr. Ogawa has been involved in high technology for over twenty five years, represented over two-hundred companies and has been associated with over a thousand patents and transactions. His practice specializes in intellectual property and transactions. The intellectual property work includes procurement of U.S. and foreign patents, strategies, portfolio development, counseling and opinions in the fields of semiconductors, integrated circuits, networking, Internet, memory disks, fishing lures (e.g., swimbaits), batteries, solar, lighting and other related technologies. Mr. Ogawa has successfully prosecuted to issue hundreds of U.S. patents, some of which have been successfully litigated and licensed. He serves as Director of Sakti3, Inc. Mr. Ogawa received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis in 1984 and a J.D. from Mc George School of Law, University of Pacific in 1991.

Mr. Charles Roach also known as Charlie, has been the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Inphi Corporation since April 2016 and served as its Vice President of World Wide Sales from September 10, 2012 to May 3, 2016. Mr. Roach has more than 17 years of sales and semiconductor experience. He served as Vice President of Sales for Integrated Device Technologies, where he managed the Americas and South East Asia sales teams along with the worldwide EMS team. Before IDT, Mr. Roach was in charge of Worldwide Strategic Accounts at Applied Micro Circuits, the Central and Southeast U.S. Sales Manager at MMC Networks and Managing Partner and Sales Engineer at Electro Source. Mr. Roach holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Auburn University.

Mr. John S. Edmunds has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of Inphi Corporation since January 2008 and serves as its secretary. Mr. Edmunds has been Senior Vice President of Inphi Corporation since May 2, 2017 and served as its Vice President since January 2008 until May 2, 2017. He has more than 20 years of financial and operations management in the technology sector. He served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Inphi Corporation since January 2008 and also served as its Vice President. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Trident Microsystems Inc. since June 14, 2004. He joined Trident from Zoran, where he served as Vice President of Finance. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance of Oak Technology Inc. since March 2001. He joined Oak Technology Inc. as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer since January 2000. Prior thereto, he served as Corporate Controller and Director of Internal Audit of Electronics for Imaging. Dr. Torten served as Vice President of Operations & Information Technology at Inphi Corporation since September 2012 until April 17, 2014. Dr. Torten has over 10 years of experience in executive and general management positions. He served as Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Inphi Corporation from March 2012 to September 2012 served as its Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Worldwide Sales since January 1, 2008 and December 2007 respectively. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of NemeriX SA since February 13, 2006. He served as Vice President of worldwide materials at Agilent Technologies where he was responsible for $1.3B in spending for Agilent's Semiconductor Products Group. Dr. Torten served as Vice President and General Manager of Networking and Entertainment Division of Agere Systems. He was with Quantum Corporation, where he served in a variety of product marketing and supply chain positions. He served as Director of NemeriX SA and served as its Member of Board of Advisors since October 2007. Mr. Siddharth Sheth has been Senior Vice President of Networking Interconnect at Inphi Corporation since May 2, 2017 and served as its Vice President of Networking Interconnect until May 2, 2017. Mr. Sheth served as the Vice President of Marketing for High-Speed Connectivity Products at Inphi Corporation since March 2011. Mr. Sheth oversees the marketing of Inphi's new iPHY 100G CMOS products targeted for next generation high-performance networking applications. Mr. Sheth joined Inphi from NetLogic Microsystems, where he held responsibility for all of NetLogic's 8G Fibre Channel and 10G/40G/100G Ethernet PHY products. He led NetLogic's entry into the 40G/100G Ethernet and OTN transport markets. He was also responsible for key initiatives that allowed NetLogic to target its PHY products into the mobile backhaul market. Prior to NetLogic as mentioned earlier, in 2001, Mr. Sheth was a member of the core team that formed Aeluros, a mixed-signal IC company. Aeluros focused on 10 Gbps CMOS ICs for the Ethernet datacenter/enterprise and infrastructure markets. Mr. Sheth led worldwide marketing for Aeluros' PHY products. Earlier at Aeluros, he was also part of the core engineering team that built the world's first sub-watt 10 GbE CMOS PHY. Prior to Aeluros, Mr. Sheth spent four years at Intel Corp., where he held engineering design and management positions in the Pentium III microprocessor group. He is a member of the IEEE standards association, is a published author at ISSCC and other technical conferences and has an M.S.E.E. from Purdue University.

Dr. Radha Nagarajan has been the Chief Technology Officer of Optical Interconnect at Inphi Corporation since June 2013. Dr. Nagarajan has more than 20 years of experience in the area of high-speed optical interconnects. Prior to joining Inphi, he was with Infinera, as a Fellow, working on the design, development and commercialization of large-scale photonic integrated circuits. From 1995 to 2001, he was with SDL (acquired by JDS Uniphase), where he managed the development of the new generation 980nm EDFA pump module. Dr. Nagarajan is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Optical Society of America (OSA) and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET, UK). He has authored four book chapters in the areas of high-speed optical components and photonic integration. In 2006, he shared the IEEE/LEOS Aron Kressel Award for his work on commercializing large-scale photonic integrated circuits. He has been awarded 68 US patents and authored/coauthored over 180 papers in technical journals and conferences in the field of optical components and systems. Dr. Nagarajan received his B.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore. He obtained his M.Eng. degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Tokyo and Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Mr. Sudeep Bhoja has been the Chief Technology Officer of Networking Interconnect at Inphi Corporation since March 2012. Mr. Bhoja has more than 18 years of experience in the networking semiconductor industry. At Inphi, he leads the system architecture team and is responsible for incubating the development of flagship chips that span the cloud data center and service provider markets. Prior to Inphi, he was Technical Director in the Infrastructure and Networking Group at Broadcom and played an instrumental role in developing 10-Gigabit Ethernet optical and copper transceivers. Prior to Broadcom, he was Chief Architect at Big Bear Networks, a maker of 10Gb/s and 40Gb/s optical transceivers and developed the industry leading 10G Electronic Dispersion Compensation (EDC) products. He also held R&D positions at Lucent Technologies and Texas Instruments. He is the named inventor of over 30 pending and approved patents. He received an M.S.E.E. from Purdue University and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Calicut, India.

Mr. Nariman Yousefi has been Senior Vice President of Coherent DSP of Inphi Corporation since December 1, 2016. Mr. Yousefi served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at ClariPhy Communications, Inc. since August 17, 2011. Prior to ClariPhy, he was a founding member and senior executive at Broadcom Corporation Networking group, where he was instrumental in establishing Broadcom as the leading supplier of Ethernet ICs. Mr. Yousefi served as Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Technologies of Broadcom Corporation since 2010 and also served as its Senior Vice President and General Manager for Enterprise Networking Group since July 11, 2007. Mr. Yousefi served as Director of the Networking Business Unit of Broadcom Corporation since March 1994. Later he served as its Vice President of LAN Engineering in 2003 and served as Vice President and General Manager of Broadcom's PHY and Optical businesses. He served as an Engineering Manager of Standard Microsystems Corporation from 1991 to 1994. He held various engineering positions with Western Digital Corporation and Silicon Systems. He serves as a Director at ClariPhy Communications, Inc. He served as Director of Tilera Corporation since March 2010. Mr. Yousefi studied Electrical Engineering at the University of California, Davis and received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pacific and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Lawrence Tse has been Senior Vice President of Engineering at Inphi Corporation since May 2, 2017 and served as its Vice President of Engineering until May 2, 2017. Mr. Tse served as the Chief Technology Officer of Inphi Corporation since February 2011. Mr. Tse served as Vice President of Engineering for New Business Initiatives at Inphi Corporation from June 28, 2010 to February 2011. Mr. Tse served as Vice President of Engineering Wireless Products Communications and Consumer Business Group for Marvell Technology Group Ltd. Mr. Tse has more than 25 years of considerable integrated circuits electronics design and development, test and product engineering and technical management experience to this newly created position. His experience in wireless, power management and mixed-signal technology expertise, Mr. Tse lead the Inphi new business initiatives engineering team in executing its roadmap. Mr. Tse has been credited for building and growing the wireless engineering group at Marvell Semiconductor, Inc., where he focused on accelerating and broadening the adoption of wireless LAN (WiFi) solutions and unveiled the industry's first complete two-chip 802.11b wireless LAN solutions, as well as the ultra-low-power WLAN System-on-a-Chip solution that received the 2007 INSIGHT award for the most innovative Radio Frequency (RF) Integrated Circuit (IC) transceiver. His contribution helped make WiFi a standard feature in many consumer electronic devices and in enterprise infrastructures. In addition, Mr. Tse managed the development of Marvell's Bluetooth, WiMax, Power Management and other Mixed-Signal/RF products. Mr. Tse served as the Chief Technology Officer of Intremag Systems. Before Intremag Systems, he was the Vice President of Engineering for the Wireless Products, Communications and Consumer Business Group at Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. from 2000 to 2008. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Tse served as the Vice President of Engineering for Volterra Semiconductor Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of Power Management Products. From 1991 to 1998, he held various positions at Chrontel, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of mixed-signal Visual Communication Products, including serving as Vice President of Engineering. Prior to Chrontel, Mr. Tse was with Nortel Networks, developing Optoelectronics products for SONET applications. Mr. Tse holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University, Canada and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
