It's an overall positive work environment - we each work alone but with the support of others, and we know what to do to be successful.
Give us the autonomy to do our job well, even though we have standards that need to be met, we have a lot of freedom in how we go about our job.
We each support each other any way that we can. We can also talk about anything to anyone, and it feels safe to do so. I feel we all care about each other which makes it a much nicer place to work.
Working remotely we are not working side by side like in a traditional office, but when I need help I can get it from anyone I think can help me. I like the flexibility with our time so we can easily book personal time during the working day as long as the work gets done.
Knowing I work with a team of very capable, talent people who can help me if I need them, and I enjoy working with them. I also love the flexible work time so my personal life can easily co-exist with my work time. I can be there for the family when its important during the working day.
