Mr. Glenn G. Coleman has been Vice President, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of Derma Sciences, Inc. since February 24, 2017. Mr. Coleman has been Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Vice President of Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation since May 2, 2014. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation from May 2, 2014 to October 17, 2017. Mr. Coleman has 25 years of experience in financial management positions with leading global businesses. He served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Curtiss-Wright Corporation from May 2008 to May 1, 2014. Mr. Coleman spent the 10 years with Alcatel Lucent (formerly, Lucent Technologies) in various positions, including Vice President of Finance of the Wireless Business Group from June 2007 to December 2007, Vice President, Finance and Americas Controller from January 2002 to May 2007, Audit Vice President and Finance Director/Shared Services. Mr. Coleman was also instrumental in several significant corporate strategic projects at Alcatel-Lucent, including a multi-billion dollar restructuring program, spin-off of an $8 billion publicly traded entity and numerous acquisitions. Mr. Gorelick has been the Secretary, General Counsel and Corporate Vice President of Administration at Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corp since 2006, 2000 and December 01, 2012 respectively. Mr. Gorelick served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corp. In September 2011, He was given the additional responsibilities of Corporate Communications, Environmental, Health and Safety, Sustainability, Government Relations and Public Policy, Risk Management and the Integra Foundation. Prior to joining Integra, he spent four and a half years at Aventis Behring LLC, a global leader in biologics (plasma proteins) as Associate General Counsel, where his practice focused on technology licensing, strategic alliances, acquisitions and managing commercial litigation. Mr. Daniel L. Reuvers, also known as Dan, has been President of Specialty Surgical Solutions at Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation since December 1, 2016 and has been its Corporate Vice President since December 2012. Mr. Reuvers served as President of International at Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation from November 2013 to December 1, 2016. He served as President of Omni-Tract Surgical from September 2005 until December 2008. Mr. Reuvers served as the President of Surgical Instruments at Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation since June 2010. Prior to joining Integra, He was the General Manager for the Global Anesthesia & Critical Care business at Baxter Healthcare, from 2009 to 2012 and held various general management positions at GE Healthcare in the areas of interventional therapeutics, cardiovascular imaging and diagnostic ultrasound, from 1997 to 2009. Mr. William Compton serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation. Mr. Compton is responsible for the Integra LifeSciences' global Information Technology strategy including enterprise applications, infrastructure, information security and business analytics. Mr. Compton has more than 20 years of experience in information systems, systems integration and implementations. Mr. Compton joined Integra in February 2013. Prior to Integra, Mr. Compton served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Shared Services at ConvaTec for five years. Prior to ConvaTec, Mr. Compton spent 10 years with Bristol Myers-Squibb and several years in consulting. Mr. Compton received a B.S. in Business Administration, an M.I.S. from East Carolina University and an M.B.A. from The College of William and Mary.

Mr. Paul Gonsalves has been a Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales & Corporate Marketing at Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation since June 2013 and served as its Chief Commercial Officer. Mr. Gonsalves served as Chief Transformation Officer and Senior Vice President of AccentCare, Inc. since 2012. Mr. Gonsalves has many years as a change agent for growth and building high performing teams in customer centric roles. He is a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt with over a decade of experience using these principles in sales, marketing, operations and manufacturing. He served as Vice President and General Manager for Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation in their Primary Care unit with sales, marketing and operational responsibility for the U.S. controlling a $1.1B P&L. He worked for Siemens Medical Systems starting as a Full Line Sales Representative and served as a Modality Sales Specialist and Regional Manager. From 2007 to 2010, he served as Vice President of Business Process Improvement at WellCare Health Plans (HMO) in Tampa, FL. He has deep commercial expertise and customer focused style. He worked for over a decade with GE Healthcare starting in 1996 in a number of roles starting as a Sales Person and served as Vice President and General Manager in their diagnostic imaging business. He has a B.S. degree from Rutgers University School of Business.

Mr. Jeffrey Mosebrook has been Vice President and Corporate Controller of Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation since September 2014. Mr. Mosebrook has been Principal Accounting Officer of Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation since October 17, 2017. He served as Vice President of Finance for Integra's specialty surgical solutions segment from February 2017 to October 2017. He has served as Group Controller of US at Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation since March 2012. In May 2010, he was named Instruments Group Controller of Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation. Since joining Integra, he has served in a number of managerial positions with increasing responsibilities. Mr. Mosebrook first joined Integra in 2006 through Integra's acquisition of Miltex, Inc. where he served as a Financial Reporting Manager. Prior to Miltex, Inc., he spent four years at Beard Miller Company, LLP (now known as Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP) in various accounting roles. He is a CPA licensed in Pennsylvania. Mr. Mosebrook received a bachelor of science degree in accounting from York College.

Ms. Lisa Evoli has been Chief Human Resources Officer and Corporate Vice President at Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation since January 2016. Ms. Evoli is responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. She joined Integra as Corporate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2016. Ms. Evoli has significant global Human Resources leadership experience. Prior to joining Integra, she served as Vice President, Human Resources for the Data & Devices division of TE Connectivity (formerly Tyco Electronics) from September 2012 to December 2015. Prior to working for TE Connectivity, Ms. Evoli held senior global human resources leadership positions with Johnson & Johnson from 2004 through December 2011 in both the Pharmaceutical and Consumer sectors. She held various global human resources leadership roles at Motorola specifically in their Broadband Communications and Automotive groups from 1997 through 2004 and again in April 2011 through August 2012 serving in a Talent Management & Organizational Development leadership role. Ms. Evoli received a B.S. in Business Administration from California University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. in Human Resources / Organizational Development from Villanova University.
