Mr. Koichi Suzuki has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of hi-ho, Inc. since April 1, 2016. Mr. Suzuki has been the Chairman of Internet Initiative Japan Inc. since June 26, 2013 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer since April 1994. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IIJ Technology Inc. He served as the President of Asia Internet Holding Co. Ltd. From October 1998 to August 2003, he served as the President of Crosswave Communications, Inc. and its subsidiaries. He served as the President of Automotive Operations at American Suzuki Motor Corporation. He served as the President of Internet Initiative Japan Inc. from April 1994 to June 26, 2013. He has over 20 years of experience in the computer and communication industry. He has been the Chairman of hi-ho, Inc. since April 1, 2014. He serves as the Chairman of IIJ America; Crosswave Services Inc. and Crosswave Facilities, Inc. He has been a Representative Director of Internet Initiative Japan Inc. since December 1992. He serves as a Director of atom and i-Heart, Inc. He serves as a Representative Director of IIJ Media Communications, IIJ Technology Inc., Net Care, Internet Multifeed, Asia Internet Holding and AIH Korea. Mr. Akihisa Watai has been the Managing Director of Internet Initiative Japan Inc. since June 2010. Mr. Watai has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer at Internet Initiative Japan Inc. since June 2004. He served as Manager of President Office of IIJ since October 1999. He served as General Manager of Finance division of Internet Initiative Japan Inc. since April 2004. In February 2000, Mr. Watai joined IIJ. Mr. Junichi Shimagami has been the Chief Technology Officer of Internet Initiative Japan Inc., since June 2015 and served as its Division Director of Network Division since April 2015. Mr. Shimagami served as an Executive Managing Officer of Service Network Division at Internet Initiative Japan Inc. and served as its Executive Managing Officer of Service Division. Mr. Eijiro Katsu has been the President, Chief Operating Officer and Representative Director of Internet Initiative Japan Inc. since June 26, 2013. He worked at Ministry of Finance in Japan and serviced as Vice Minister from July 2010 to August 2012.
