Mr. David C. Ruberg has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Interxion Holding N.V. since November 2007. Mr. Ruberg served as General Partner of Baker Capital since 2003. He joined Baker in 2001 as the Chief Executive Officer. From September 1991 to May 1993, he served as an Independent Consultant to the computer and telecommunications industries. From 1989 to September 1991, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Telecommunications Division and then of the Personal Computer/Systems Integration Division of Data General Corporation. Before Data General, Mr. Ruberg built large development organizations at software, database and data communications and equipment companies. Mr. Adriaan Oosthoek has been Senior Vice President IT and Operations Support at Interxion Holding N.V. since January 2016 and served as its Managing Director of UK from November 2014 to December 2015. Mr. Oosthoek served as an Executive Vice President of Data Centre Services at Colt Group S.A. since April 2013. He served as an Executive Vice President of Colt Data Center Services of Colt Technology Services Group Limited since March 30, 2013. Mr. Oosthoek served as Managing Director of UK at Telecity Group plc. He served as Country Manager of UK & Ireland for Telecity Group plc. He joined TelecityGroup in 2002. Prior to his time at TelecityGroup, he served for Berlin based Teles AG whose Dutch subsidiary he helped found in 1996. Whilst at Teles AG, he served as Sales Manager of Netherlands, Managing Director of Netherlands and on an interim basis, Managing Director of the French subsidiaries. In 2001, he was responsible for Business Development for the Communication Division. His employment includes managerial positions at Racal Datacom and Raet Systems & Services. Mr. Oosthoek holds a bachelors degree in Business Information Sciences. He studied at the Business School for Economics in The Hague and holds marketing certificates NIMA A and NIMA B.

Mr. M. V. Joshi, also known as Josh, has been Chief Financial Officer of Interxion Holding N.V. since August 2007 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Joshi served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Strategy at Storm Telecommunications Limited. He is a Chartered Accountant and finance professional with over 17 years experience. He has spent most of the last decade as a Chief Financial Officer in the e-commerce network and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining Interxion, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Leisure and Gaming plc and TeleCity plc. He was one of the founders of private equity backed Storm Telecommunications Limited. He served as an Executive Director of Leisure & Gaming plc until December 31, 2006. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Imperial College, London.

Mr. Lex Coors serves as Chief Datacentre Technology and Engineering Officer at Interxion Holding NV. Over the 25 years of career, Mr. Coors has built exceptionally strong credentials in the design of versatile, cost-effective and energy-efficient data centre infrastructure. In his time with Interxion, he has pioneered several new approaches to data centre design and management, including the improvement of power ratio efficiency between server load and transformer load and the industry's first ever modular approach to data centre architecture. He is a founding member of the Uptime Institute. He also holds a position at the Green Grid's Advisory Council, is active as the Vice Chair for the Governmental Engagement Committee of the Green Grid and works as a stakeholder for the European Commission DG Joint Research Committee on Sustainability and the European Data Centre Code of Conduct Metrics Group. He has also received the 2010 Personal Judges Award in Nice for Outstanding Contribution to the Datacenter Sector over the last 10 years. He studied Mechanical Engineering and Management and Economics in Rotterdam.

Mr. Richard James Christopher Rowson has been Interim Chief Financial Officer of Interxion Holding N.V. since February 1, 2018. Mr. Rowson served as the Chief Financial Officer at Workshare Technology, Inc. Mr. Rowson served as the Chief Financial Officer of Global Switch SARL and Global Switch Holdings Limited since January 2009. Mr. Rowson served as Group Treasurer of Dolphin Telecommunications plc and Telewest. Mr. Rowson has experience in a number of IPOs and acquisitions. Mr. Rowson has a deep knowledge of the data centre and managed services business to his role, as well as extensive experience in the capital markets. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA). Since qualification Mr. Rowson has gained more than 15 years' of experience dealing with financial strategy, budget development and management, reporting, planning and control in the telecommunications and technology sector in both publicly traded and private equity backed businesses. Mr. Rowson began his commercial career at General Cable plc a UK based provider of cable television and telecommunications services. Mr. Rowson held a number of senior financial roles at General Cable and was integral in General Cable's successful IPO on the LSE and NASDAQ. Following his time at General Cable Mr. Rowson has held a number of roles including Chief Financial Officer of the data centre operator Equinix Group Ltd., part of Equinix Inc., where he had responsibility for the funding and financial management of IX Europe plc's data centre roll out which was achieved via a combination of organic growth and acquisitions. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Lycatel Services the global market leader in the prepaid international calling card market with operations in 16 countries, annual revenues in excess of ??500 million and more than 9 million customers. He was responsible for implementing the financial controls and procedures to support the rapid growth of the business and to support the launch of new services including mobile services via MVNO arrangements. He served as a Director of Workshare Technology, Inc. Global Switch Limited. Mr. Rowson received Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Bristol.
