Mr. David C. Ruberg has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Interxion Holding N.V. since November 2007. Mr. Ruberg served as General Partner of Baker Capital since 2003. He joined Baker in 2001 as the Chief Executive Officer. From September 1991 to May 1993, he served as an Independent Consultant to the computer and telecommunications industries. From 1989 to September 1991, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Telecommunications Division and then of the Personal Computer/Systems Integration Division of Data General Corporation. From 1984 to 1989, Mr. Ruberg served as a Vice President of TIE Communications, Inc. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President at Intermedia Communications, Inc from May 1993 to October 2001 and served as its Chairman of the Board from March 1994 to October 2001. He served as the Managing Director of Interxion Holding N.V. He served as General Manager of Data General's PC and Systems Integration Division and also led the company's WAN Products Division. Before Data General, Mr. Ruberg built large development organizations at software, database and data communications and equipment companies. He began his career as a scientist at&T Bell Labs, contributing to the development of operating systems. He served as Chairman of the Board of Digex, Inc since April 1999. He served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Interxion Holding N.V. from 2002 to 2007. He has been a Vice Chairman at Interxion Holding N.V. since 2011. He served as Vice Chairman of Supervisory Board at QSC AG. He has been an Executive Director of Interxion Holding N.V. since 2011. He serves as a Director of Adaptix, Inc. He served as Director of Interxion Holding N.V. He served as Director of BridgeCom International, Inc. He served as Director of Broadview Networks Holdings, Inc until January 24, 2011. He served as Director of Intermedia Communications, Inc since May 1993. He served as Member of Supervisory Board at QSC AG from 2000 to May 29, 2013. Mr. Ruberg holds BA in Mathematics from Middlebury College and MS in Communication Sciences from the University of Michigan. He holds master's in computer from University of Michigan.
