
That was a long time ago and likely has changed since. I don't feel comfortable commenting on it now.
I can't name anything positive since West bought Intrado. Everything went downhill since then. I'm waiting for the uphill swing still.
Co-workers are great. To work together better, we need the information to be spread to all employees who need to know, not just a few. It's tough to do a job when changes happen so frequently, but only a few people are informed.
It feels like the engineers do not test the software enough before putting it out and the installers are not given enough time to correctly install the equipment and software. Tons of wasted time and bad reputation due to bugs in the code and bad installs. The company doesn't seem to care.
They are mostly hands off at my level. They don't normally micro manage, so as long as I'm doing my job right, I don't hear much from them. However, they also don't take advice from employees at my level. They implement new things, which don't work or cause more work than it's worth.
