Mr. Matthew J. Desch, also known as Matt, serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Iridium Satellite LLC. Mr. Desch has been the Chief Executive Officer of Iridium Satellite LLC since September 21, 2006. Mr. Desch has been the Chief Executive Officer of Iridium Communications Inc. since September 21, 2006. He serves as Member of the Executive Board of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS), the US industry standards organization. He has more than 27 years of leadership and industry experience. Mr. Desch served as Chief Executive Officer of Telcordia Technologies Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Science Applications International Corp. from July 2002 to 2005. Prior to joining Telcordia, he spent 13 years (from 1987 to May 2000) at Nortel Networks in a wide range of senior management positions, including his most recent as President of the Global Service Providers division, where he succeeded in growing it carrier business in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Prior to joining Nortel, he spent seven years managing software development and strategic planning activities at&T Bell Labs and AT&T Network Systems (now Lucent Technologies). He was associated with interWAVE Communications International, Ltd., and EDCI Holdings, Inc. From 1996 to May 2000, he served as an Executive Vice President and President of Nortel's Wireless Networks division, responsible for Nortel's global wireless infrastructure business. He serves on two boards of corporations offering emerging technologies to the communications industry - Airspan, a leading public supplier of wireless DSL infrastructure for global communications operators and Flarion, a private New Jersey based company which develops a unique, 4th generation wireless wide area LAN technology for cellular/PCS operators. He served as the Chairman of Airspan Networks Inc. since July 1, 2000 and served as its Director. Mr. Desch served as the Chairman of the Board of Iridium Communications Inc. He served as Chairman of the Board and Director of Cyneta Networks Inc. He served as Non-Executive Chairman of Telcordia Technologies Inc., from 2002 to September 1, 2005. He serves as a Director of Glenayre Communications and Celerica, Inc. He serves as Member of Board of Advisors at Tango Networks, Inc. He serves as Trustee of Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. He has been a Director of Iridium Communications Inc. since September 2009 and Starent Networks LLC since July 10, 2006. He has been Member of Advisory Board of Genband Inc., since April 19, 2006. He served as a Director of Telcordia Technologies Inc., since October 2002 and Science Applications International Corp. since 2002. He served as Director of Leidos Holdings, Inc since October 2002. He served as Director of Taqua LLC, MobileQ, Inc. and QUALCOMM Flarion Technologies, Inc. Active in the wireless industry since 1991, Mr. Desch served positions in the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association (CTIA) and Personal Communications Industry Associations (PCIA) and was an early Chairman of the Wireless Foundation. He serves as a Director of Aireon LLC. He serves as a Trustee, Member of Strategy and Growth Committee and Member of Compensation, Organization and HR Committee at Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. He joined the AOPA Board of Trustees in 2011, having been an AOPA member since 1976 and a member of the AOPA Foundation Board of Visitors since 2008. Matt earned his Private Pilot Certificate in 1976 and holds a Commercial certificate with Instrument and Multi-engine land ratings. He has more than 1600 flight hours today and owns a Cessna T210 based at Leesburg Executive (KJYO). He holds a B.S. Degree in Computer Science from Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Thomas D. Hickey, also known as Tom, has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Iridium Communications Inc. since May 2, 2011. Mr. Hickey served as General Counsel of Primus Telecommunications Group Inc. since July 1, 2010 and also served as its Secretary. Mr. Hickey has more than 25 years of diverse legal experience in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Hickey served as General Counsel and Vice President of Cyren Call Communications Corp. Prior to Cyren Call, he spent 17 years with Nextel Communications, Inc. and Sprint Nextel Corporation as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Mr. Hickey began his legal career at Jones Day in its telecommunications practice. His prior experience also includes work in the White House, the Federal Communications Commission and Congress. He served as Director of Aireon LLC until September 7, 2017. Mr. Hickey holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from Duke University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Washington University School of Law.

Mr. Bryan J. Hartin has been an Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Iridium Communications Inc. since December 2012. Mr. Hartin served as Vice President of Enterprise Sales at LightSquared Company since July 2009. Mr. Hartin was responsible for the sales and distribution of LightSquared Company's products and services to enterprise customers throughout the United States. He also led SkyTerra's U.S. Channel Partner Program. Also a wireless industry veteran, Mr. Hartin led Sprint Nextel's Dealer Program and held senior positions with both Nortel Networks and Siemens. He has also served on the board of directors for the Consumer Electronics Association -- Wireless Group.

Mr. S. Scott Smith has been Chief Operating Officer of Iridium Communications Inc. since August 2013. Mr. Smith is leading technology development and all ground and satellite operations including the Iridium NEXT initiative. He joined Iridium (IRDM) in April 2010. He served as Executive Vice President of Iridium NEXT and Executive Vice President of Technology Development and Satellite Operations at Iridium Communications Inc. since April 2010 and its Executive Vice President of Satellite Development & Operations. Mr. Smith served as the Chief Operating Officer of Digitalglobe, Inc. from January 30, 2006 to April 16, 2010 and served as its Senior Vice President until April 16, 2010. At DigitalGlobe Inc. (DGI), Mr. Smith was responsible for its satellite and ground operations, engineering organization and corporate and global expansion initiatives. During his tenure, he oversaw the development and launch of WorldView-1 and WorldView-2, the world's most sophisticated high resolution imaging satellites. Mr. Smith has 30 years experience managing large, complex commercial satellite programs. He has over 24 years of experience in the aerospace and commercial remote sensing industries with a background in spacecraft and ground systems design, commercial and military space systems development and commercial space business management. He served as an Executive Vice President of Space Imaging Inc., where he was responsible for all sales, operations and engineering functions. He founded Space Imaging in 1995 and served as its Space Segment Director. From 1995 to 2005, he served as Executive Vice President of sales, engineering and operations of Space Imaging Inc. Mr. Smith's previous experiences include engineering and management roles at Lockheed Missiles and Space Company, including responsibility for spacecraft control products for the Iridium program at Lockheed from 1990 to 1994. He has been a Director at Iridium Communications Inc. since August 2013. He served as a Director of Skybox Imaging, Inc. He served as a Director of Aireon LLC until September 7, 2017. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Syracuse University and a Master of Science in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering from Stanford University.

Mr. Thomas J. Fitzpatrick, also known as Tom, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Iridium Communications Inc. since April 2010 and has been its Chief Administrative Officer since August 9, 2013. Mr. Fitzpatrick has been Principal Accounting Officer of Iridium Communications Inc. since June 30, 2017. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Iridium Satellite LLC. Mr. Fitzpatrick is responsible for directing and oversees all of Iridium's financial and billing activities, human resources and information technology. He served as an Executive Vice President of Iridium Communications Inc. since April 2010. He has over thirty years of industry and public accounting operational and financial management experience. He has an extensive background in M&A, IPO coordination, SEC filings and managing organizational growth. Mr. Fitzpatrick served as Senior Vice President of Rapid Development & Prototyping of Vero Systems, Inc. where he was responsible for leading Vero's rapid development and prototyping team. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Centennial Communications Corp. from August 31, 2002 to December 2009. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of DecisionOne Holdings Corp. since April 1998. He served at Centennial, from October 2001 to August 2002. Mr. Fitzpatrick served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ICG Commerce. He has in-depth knowledge of both hardware and software product life cycles as well as the complexities of telecommunications industry. From September 2000 to May 2001, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Digital Access Inc. From November 1999 to September 2000, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of InaCom Corp., where he was responsible for all aspects of Financial Management as InaCom Corp. Mr. Fitzpatrick served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Decision One Corporation from August 1996 to September 1999 and served as its Chief Operating Officer since February 1999. Mr. Donald L. Thoma, also known as Don, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Aireon LLC. since January 2012. Mr. Thoma served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Iridium Communications Inc. Mr. Thoma served as an Executive Vice President of Marketing - Iridium Satellite since May 2008 and was responsible for strategic marketing of Iridium's products and services, corporate communications and leading corporate initiatives related to the Iridium next-generation satellite constellation, Iridium NEXT. Mr. Thoma served as an Executive Vice President of Marketing at Iridium Communications Inc. since 2008. He was responsible for leading new Iridium corporate initiatives such as Iridium NEXT, the intensive, multi-year design and development program of the next generation satellite constellation and services. He has a strong and versatile background in both management and business development. He served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development of Iridium Satellite, LLC. He served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at DiamondBack Vision, Inc. From 1992 to 2000, he founded ORBCOMM and served positions ranging from Senior Director of Transportation to General Manager of the Vantage Tracking Solutions Business Unit and Vice President of Business Development. He serves as a Director of Aireon LLC. He served as the Director of Integration and Launch Operations of Orbital Sciences Corporation from 1988 to 1990. He served as a Captan in the U.S. Air Force Space Division from 1983 to 1988. He serves as Chairman of the Hosted Payload Alliance. He represented Iridium as a speaker at maritime and aviation industry conferences. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Master Degree in Aerospace Engineering from University of Southern California and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Stuart Fankhauser serves as the Chief Gateway Officer and Vice President of Iridium Satellite Llc. Mr. Fankhauser is responsible for headquarter business operations, and the operation and maintenance of the Iridium Satellite Ground Network. He also oversees the configuration management and support for the DoD gateway in Hawaii. Prior to joining Iridium, he worked for the Iridium North America (INA) team and was responsible for establishing much of Iridium's business infrastructure, including bringing the Gateway Business System online, integrating and managing the service providers, and establishing retail business operations and procedures. Mr. Fankhauser holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska and a Master's degree in Procurement and Acquisition Management from Webster University.

Mr. Joe Pizzicaroli serves as Chief Satellite Operations Officer and Vice President of Iridium Satellite Llc. Mr. Pizzicaroli has 29 years of systems engineering and program management experience in the aerospace industry, spanning a wide variety of defense, intelligence, scientific, commercial and international space programs. Mr. Pizzicaroli served as Vice President of Satellite & Launch Operations at Iridium Satellite Llc. Mr. Pizzicaroli joined Iridium in November 2003. Previously, he was the Director, Missile Defense Programs at Spectrum Astro. Before joining Spectrum Astro, he was the Chief Systems Engineer for the Space Segment of the Iridium program at Motorola's Satellite Communications Group, serving throughout the design, development, production, test and launch of the Iridium system. He has also worked at Ball Aerospace, Rockwell International and Martin Marietta. He has published a number of technical papers, and also holds one patent. Mr. Pizzicaroli earned his B.S. Degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona, his M.S. in Systems Architecture and Engineering from the University of Southern California, and his MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.

Mr. Scott T. Scheimreif has been an Executive Vice President of Government Programs at Iridium Communications Inc. since December 2012. Mr. Scheimreif served as Acting Executive Vice President of Government Programs at Iridium Communications Inc. He served as Vice President, Government Programs of Iridium Satellite, LLC. Mr. Scheimreif is responsible for business development, annual revenue achievement and growth of the Iridium Satellite's DoD contract. He maintains the relationship with the DoD DISA Enhanced Mobile Satellite Services program office. He identifies and develops relationships with systems integrators within the DoD. He is responsible for briefing members of Joint Staff, OSD NII, U.S. Strategic Command and DISA for policy and budgetary decisions. In addition, he conducts end user training and awareness programs for the war fighter and other government-based Iridium users. Mr. Scheimreif served as an Assistant Vice President, Government Programs of Iridium Satellite, LLC. Prior to Iridium, he served as Federal Account Manager of Anexsys, LLC (Bank One), and Federal Sales Director of PageNet Inc. He also served as Assistant Manager of ITT Financial Services. He is a Member of The National Grants Management Association, The Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association (AFCEA) and The Satellite Industry Association. Mr. Scheimreif received his BS in Liberal Studies with a Concentration in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing Management at Salisbury State University.
