Mr. Steven Knerr, also known as Steve, has been Chief Financial Officer of Issuer Direct Corporation since November 19, 2015 and has been its Controller since August 22, 2013. Mr. Knerr served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Principal Accounting Officer at Issuer Direct Corporation from May 8, 2015 to November 19, 2015. He joined the Issuer Direct Corp as Global Controller of PrecisionIR and assumed the same role upon the acquisition of PrecisionIR in August 2013. Prior to joining PrecisionIR, Mr. Knerr served as Vice-President and Assistant Controller for RHI Entertainment, Inc. (now known as Sonar Entertainment) from April 2006 to August 2010 and Accounting Manager for Chesapeake Corporation from September 2005 to March 2006. He also spent six years with KPMG LLP. Mr. Knerr is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
