Dr. Nathan Zommer, Ph.D. founded Ixys Corp. in 1983 and has been its Chairman since March 1993 and has been its Co-Chief Executive Officer since August 29, 2016. Dr. Zommer served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ixys Corp. since March 1993 to until August 29, 2016. He served as the Chief Technology Officer of IXYS Corp. Dr. Zommer served as General Manager of Zilog Inc. Throughout IXYS' 25 year history, Dr. Zommer has been an Advocate of energy efficient technologies as strategic investment opportunities. He served as the President of Ixys Corp. from March 1993 to December 2009. From 1984 to 1993, Dr. Zommer served as an Executive Vice President of Ixys Corp. Dr. Zommer served in a variety of positions with Intersil, Hewlett Packard and General Electric, including as a Scientist in the Hewlett Packard Laboratories and Director of the Power Mos Division for Intersil / General Electric. He has been a Director of Ixys Corp. of Zilog Inc. since 1983. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of Tigo Energy Inc. He holds many patents in Power OSFETs and IGBTs. Dr. Zommer received his B.S and M.S. degrees in Physical Chemistry from Tel Aviv University and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Mark F. Heisig has been Vice President and General Manager of IXYS Integrated Circuits Division Inc., a division of IXYS Corp. since June 2002. Mr. Heisig served as Vice President of Communications Products at IXYS Integrated Circuits Division Inc. (Alternative Name: Clare Inc.). He joined Clare in 1996 as Vice President of Research & Development. Prior to joining Clare Inc., he spent five years at Lucent Technologies as the Director of the High Voltage IC Business Unit and two years at Harris Corporation as the Manager for Applications Engineering in the Power Discrete Division. He has also worked at Allegra Microsystems for eleven years as an Applications and Marketing Manager in the Power Interface IC Business Unit. From 1979 to 1989, he held various positions at Sprague Electric Semiconductor Division. Mr. Heisig holds a BSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.

Mr. Uzi Sasson has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer of IXYS Corp. since August 29, 2016. Mr. Sasson has been the President of IXYS Corp. since December 2009 and its Chief Financial Officer since November 24, 2004. Mr. Sasson has been the Secretary of IXYS Corp. since November 24, 2004. He served as the President of Zilog Inc. He served as the President of IXYS Corp. since December 2009 and served as its Chief Financial Officer since November 24, 2004 and Chief Operating Officer from June 2007 to August 2010. Mr. Sasson served as Vice President of Finance from November 24, 2004 to December 2009 and as its Principal Accounting Officer since May 20, 2005. Previously, he served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Digital Power Corporation from June 2004 to November 30, 2004 and as its Secretary until November 30, 2004. Mr. Sasson founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sagent Management, a financial and tax and accounting consulting firm since January 2004. He served as Global Vice President of Tax at Mercury Interactive Corporation from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for the Technology, InfoComm, Entertainment and Media Group from 1992 to 2001 and as Senior Manager for the Multistate Tax Consulting Group since 1995 to 1999. He has been a Director at IXYS Corp. since June 2015. He served as a Director of Zilog Inc. He served as a Director of Verisity Ltd., since June 2004. He served as a Director of IXYS Corp. from September 1, 2004 to November 2004. Mr. Sasson has a Master of Science in Taxation and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Golden Gate University and he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California.
