Very good. Salaried workers tend to get 4 weeks paid vacation from the start (after 90-day probationary period); hourly workers start at 2 weeks paid vacation. All employees get 2 floating holidays in each half of the year -- i.e., two before 6/30 and two before 12/31 -- which do not roll over if unused.
