IT leadership has overseen loss of major projects and the exodus of dozens of skilled and formerly loyal employees, many of whom had been with the company for more than 10 years. What will it take for JBS leadership to wake up and realize that IT directors and senior managers are the problem?
People constantly come in 2 to 3 hours late and leave early. Few people put in a solid 8 hour work day. Multiple work from home days is common and it is difficult to get quick responses from remote and WFH coworkers on Teams. Morale is low and multiple conflicts of interest exist between managers.
