What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learn to lead, or hire some people who can. Just because you are an expert in a subject does not mean you make a good leader.
IT leadership has overseen loss of major projects and the exodus of dozens of skilled and formerly loyal employees, many of whom had been with the company for more than 10 years. What will it take for JBS leadership to wake up and realize that IT directors and senior managers are the problem?
