very poor customer service. Careless CS team. does not listen to the customer concern. The worest customer service i have ever had
My refrig went down 2/05/22 it is still non-working (it is 5/6/22). there is also a water leak which they say is not fixable -- so the water ice part will never work again. this in not what I expect from the top of line Jenn-Aire.
Spare parts and repair service
Brought a new $10,000 range and has been broken sence day it was delivered and parts are not readly avaliable to fix.
