Mr. Dean Jernigan serves as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board of Jernigan Capital, Inc. Mr. John A. Good, J.D. has been the President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Jernigan Capital, Inc. since June 30, 2015. Mr. Good has been the President and Chief Operating Officer at JCAP Advisors LLC since June 2015. He served as Head of The Reit Practice of Bass, Berry & Sims plc. He was employed at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC. Mr. Good served as Assistant Secretary at Whitestone REIT. He served as a Corporate and Securities Partner and Co-Head of the REIT practice group at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where he has served since October 2013. From May 1999 to October 2013, Mr. Good was a corporate and securities partner and head of the REIT practice at Bass, Berry & Sims PLC and was a shareholder at Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell and Berkowitz from 1994 to 1999, serving as head of the securities and M&A practice group at the time of his departure. He has been a trusted legal and business adviser to REIT senior management teams and boards of directors since 1997, serving clients such as RFS Hotel Investors, Inc., Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc., Storage USA, Inc., CubeSmart, Education Realty Trust, Inc., Quadra Realty Trust, AmREIT, Inc., Whitestone REIT, Trade Street Residential, Inc. and Farmland Partners, Inc. Mr. Good is a Certified Public Accountant. He received a BBA in Accounting, cum laude, from University of Memphis in 1980.

Kelly Luttrell serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of Jernigan Capital. Kelly started at Jernigan Capital in May of 2017. Kelly currently resides in the Greater Memphis Area.

Billy Perry serves as the Senior Vice President of Investment Management of Jernigan Capital. Billy currently resides in the Greater Memphis Area.
