Mr. Thomas W. Tesmer, also known as Tom, has been Chief Operating Officer of Jetpay Payment Services at JetPay Corporation since October 2015. Mr. Tesmer has particular expertise in high-volume transaction applications relating to the electronic funds transfer industry and point-of-sale payments. He has been in the financial transaction processing industry for over 30 years and has functioned as a start-up entrepreneur behind four highly successful processing ventures. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Calpian Commerce at Calpian, Inc. Mr. Tesmer served as Senior Vice President of processing with ITC Financial Services, a pioneer in electronic payment solutions using stored value cards. He served as Chief Technical Officer of Pipeline Data, Inc. since July 6, 2004. He served as President of Symmetrex Inc. He served as Director of ASP creation activities with Symmetrex Transaction Processing Solutions. He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Digital Courier Technologies Inc. from July 25, 2002 to October 8, 2002. He served as Senior Vice President of Systems for M2 Systems Corporation from November 2001 through July 2002. Mr. Tesmer Founder and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Access Services Inc., a credit card processing corporation and also Founder of TransNet (now Paymentech) and served as its President, a credit card processing venture. As Vice President of POS Technologies for the HONOR ATM Network (now part of the STAR network), he implemented and managed the HONOR ATM/POS processing division - providing 24X7 processing for over 75,000 merchants nationwide. He served as Executive Vice President of the POS Technology Division of Southeast Switch, Inc. (HONOR), the precursor to STAR. He served as Senior Vice President of Technology and Executive Vice President of Front End Systems for Heartland Payment Systems, Inc. Mr. Tesmer has broad experience in ATM, switch and POS technologies and companies, including having an instrumental role in the successful development and roll-out of one of the nation's first ATM systems for Seattle First National Bank, He served as Chief Architect and Technical Architect of HONOR ATM switch. Mr. Tesmer has also held prominent engineering and management positions with Docutel Corp., Unisys Corp. and TRW Space Systems. He served as Chairman of the Board of Q Comm International Inc. since April 24, 2006. Over his 40 year history, he has brought creativity and innovation to various start-up and leadership roles, including positions as technical architect. He serves as Director for POS Technologies. He served as a Director of Q Comm International Inc. since June 2004. Mr. Tesmer served as a Director of TransAxis Inc.'s (formerly Digital Courier Technologies Inc.) until November 4, 2002. Mr. Tesmer served as a Director of Instapay Systems Inc. from October 9, 2003 to April 7, 2005. He also served as a Director of Heartland Payment Systems, Inc. He served as Director of HONOR ATM switch.
