More transparency from senior management, improved vetting of senior management hires to ensure culture alignment
Recently hired CCO has an arrogant, condescending manner which is counter to company culture. A considerate, respectful manner would be an improvement.
All was well until CCO hire, it's truly a shame that one individual can have such a negative effect on a team.
In general the leadership team does a solid job, the hiring of a new CCO is likely to negatively effect the culture the CEO has spent years building.
