Mr. Robert J. Brooks, also known as Bob, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Jones Energy, Inc. since 2013 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer. Most recently, Mr. Brooks led the energy investment banking efforts at Whiteface Capital LLC from 2012 to 2013 and Focus Capital Group, Inc. from 2010 to 2012. From 2004 to 2010, he served as Senior Managing Director and Head of U.S. Oil and Gas Group at Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. and Macquarie Capital Advisers. He was responsible for the Macquarie's investment banking and principal investing business with oil and gas companies in the United States and for developing its oil and gas business worldwide. He also served as President and Board Member of Macquarie Longview Holdings, an E&P company owned and controlled by Macquarie. He has over 21 years of corporate finance experience in the oil and gas industry. His prior experience includes investment banking leadership of M&A advisory and capital markets transactions and private equity investments, primarily in the upstream energy sector. He launched Macquarie's North American Oil and Gas Team in 2004. Prior to joining Macquarie, he worked in the Energy Investment Banking groups at Banc of America Securities LLC from 1998 to 2004 and at Salomon Brothers Inc from 1991 to 1998. He is employed at Citigroup CIB. Mr. Brooks holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, or MIT, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and an M.S. in Management from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.

Mr. Eric Niccum served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Jones Energy, Inc. since August 2011 until December 14, 2017. Mr. Niccum joined Jones Energy in August 2011 and has over 20 years of energy and petroleum experience. He started his career with Amoco and worked a variety of Engineering roles including drilling short radius horizontal oil wells in Michigan. Following the BP/Amoco merger, Mr. Niccum started working Deep Water GoM, developing the Pompano/Mica platform and starting up the Holstein and Mad Dog fields. He then returned to the Mid-Continent region and worked as Resource Manager and New Well Delivery Manager for BP from 2005 to 2011, oversaw activities in the Anadarko and Arkoma basins. He has a broad technical background that enables effective leadership of multi-discipline technical teams. Mr. Niccum is a graduate of Purdue University and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. Jeffrey Alan Tanner, also known as Jeff, has been an Executive Vice President of Geosciences and Business Development at Jones Energy, Inc. since August 4, 2016. Mr. Tanner served as an Executive Vice President of Geosciences at Jones Energy, Inc., since 2014 until August 4, 2016. Mr. Tanner served as Vice President of Exploration of Southwestern Energy Co. He served as Senior Vice President of Geosciences of Jones Energy, Inc. since September 2014. He has over 27 years of diverse technical and managerial experience in the oil and gas business. He served as Vice President of Geosciences Technology & Exploration for Permian at Laredo Petroleum, Inc. and Laredo Petroleum Holdings, Inc. since October 2010. He served as Vice President of Exploration at Laredo Petroleum, LLC and its subsidiary Laredo Petroleum, Inc., since October 2010. Mr. Tanner began his career in 1987 as a Geologist for Shell Oil Company in Houston working exploration projects in the onshore Gulf Coast and Mid-Continent regions. He joined Samedan Oil Company (Noble Energy) in 1991 to work the offshore Gulf of Mexico (GOM) shelf and deepwater. His work resulted in a number of exploration discoveries, with the most notable being a joint venture with Chevron that brought in eight new fields collectively known as the Viosca Knoll Carbonate Trend that marked the first commercial discovery offshore from the prolific Cretaceous-age James Lime. From 2001 to 2003, he served as Lead Geologist to Noble's Deep Water GOM business unit. His efforts had resulted in the two largest producing assets for Noble in both the shelf and deep water GOM. Mr. Tanner joined Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation in 2003 to initiate in-house exploration efforts in the offshore GOM. He was responsible for building a notable inventory of prospects and evaluating industry proposals, as well as hiring key geoscience personnel. Since 2005, he served as an Exploration Manager of Cabot's West Region in Denver to oversee expansion into unconventional plays. He was transferred to Cabot's South Region in 2009 as Exploration Manager of East Texas to supervise existing horizontal development trends and to expand their presence in the Haynesville shale gas play. Mr. Tanner graduated from Texas A&M in 1984 with a Bachelor Degree in Geology and received his graduate degree from the University of Houston in 1987.

Mr. Michael S. McConnell, also known as Mike, has been the President of Jones Energy, Inc. since January 2004. Mr. McConnell is the President at Jones Energy Limited, LLC and served as its Chief Operating Officer. He joined Jones Energy in January, 2004. He served as the President of Enron Global Markets, LLC and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2001. He served as Managing Director of Enron North America Corp. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Enron Generation and Production Group. He was also responsible for Enron Japan. Prior to these assignments, he served as Vice Chairman, Chief Operating Officer of Enron Net Works, Chief Executive Officer of Global Technology and President at Houston Pipe Line Company, LP and Louisiana Resources Company as well as other various gas supply and marketing positions. Prior to joining Enron in 1987, Mr. McConnell began his career in the Exploration and Production sector as a landman for Champlin Petroleum Company. He serves as Chairman of Enron Generation and Production Group. He has been a Director at Jones Energy, Inc. since 2009. He served as a Director of Mariner Energy Inc. He served as a Director of Mariner Holdings Inc. He is a member of the Price Business School Board of Advisors for the University of Oklahoma, has served on several other corporate and charitable Boards of Directors in the past and is an active member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America focusing as a member of the natural gas steering committee. He also serves on the Executive Committee of Enron Corp. Mr. McConnell graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1982 with a BBA in Petroleum Land Management with an emphasis on Law.
