Very nice colleagues and everyone are team players and helpjng each other. Interesting clients to work with in a industry that is always moving. Only downside is the salary and bonus. We are nowhere near getting paid for the work we are doing.

The base salary is decent but could be better. The commission is ridiculous. The structure is built so its hard to get a decent payout every quarter and if you get a payout, its nowhere near what you should get for your hard work. Ive worked for other companies where the commission is much better.
