What can this brand most improve?

The products are poor quality and the customer is horrible.

Customer service took their time to process and mail me my jpay card; they processed a new card on November 18, didn't mail it out until November 28th and today is December 12th and I still haven't received my new card. Your company has been holding my $1200 hostage.

Better response to prisoners requesting their music upon release space (music purchased in prison, which is supposed to be mailed to prisoners via USB drive)

When money is being sent using a credit card, within 2-5 days it will be compromised. Nothing is ever done. Impossible to talk or communicate with management; instead always dealing with an inmate that has no ability to change anything. Issues are seldom, if ever, resolved.

Communication is very very very important
