How employees describe working at Jpay

Leadership really was helpful and never hesitated to be of assistance, they were understanding and compasionate

Communication is very very very important

When money is being sent using a credit card, within 2-5 days it will be compromised. Nothing is ever done. Impossible to talk or communicate with management; instead always dealing with an inmate that has no ability to change anything. Issues are seldom, if ever, resolved.

Better response to prisoners requesting their music upon release space (music purchased in prison, which is supposed to be mailed to prisoners via USB drive)

Customer support could improve tremendously, and ways to even contact customer support which is null and void.
