Mr. Leo Ou Chen is a Co-Founder of Jumei International Holding Limited and serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Chen received an MBA degree from Stanford University in 2009 and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore in 2005.

Mr. Huipu Liu has been Senior Vice President of Jumei International Holding Limited since February 2012. Prior to joining Jumei International Holding, Mr. Liu served as the Vice President of human resources and marketing of Jiayuan.com International Ltd., from 2009 and 2011. He served as the General Manager of Zhejiang Branch of chinahr.com from 2007 to 2009. From 2005 to 2007, he served as a Deputy Manager of the training department of Century 21 Real Estate China. He received his Bachelor's degree in engineering from University of Science and Technology Beijing in China in 2003.

Mr. Yunsheng Zheng, also known as Marine, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer at Jumei International Holding Limited since December 2016. Mr. Zheng served as the Chief Financial Officer at Jumei International Holding Limited since April 2016 and served as its Compliance Officer until June 2016. Mr. Zheng served as Vice President of Finance at Jumei International Holding Limited since joining in June 2012. He was the head of finance function for the new business initiatives division of Nanjing FullShare Group, a private conglomerate in China, from 2009 to 2010. From 2006 to 2009, he served as Chief Financial Officer of BlueStar SecuTech Inc., and participated in the preparation for its initial public offering on London Stock Exchange in 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Zheng worked at a few accounting firms, including as a senior manager at BDO Reanda, successively for over six years. He served as Co-Chief Financial Officer at Jumei International Holding Limited since April 2014 until March 2016. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of Bluestar Secutech Inc. until August 05, 2009. Mr. Zheng joined Bluestar Secutech in 2006. Mr. Zheng served as the Senior Consultant at LehmanBrown Financial Management Consultancy managing the business evaluation and finalisation procedures for foreign corporate looking for opportunities in the PRC. Mr. Zheng received a master's degree in management from Stanford University in 2011 and a bachelor's degree in financial accounting from Renmin University of China in 2001. Mr. Zheng is a certified public accountant in China, a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a chartered financial analyst.
