Ms. Alicia Secor serves as Director of GW Pharmaceuticals plc and President and Chief Executive Officer of Juniper Pharmaceuticals. Ms. Secor has more than 25 years of leadership experience as a life sciences executive, with a track record in leading businesses and advancing products from clinical development through regulatory approval, commercialization, and global expansion across several therapeutic areas. Ms. Secor was previously Chief Commercial Officer at Zafgen, Inc. and Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Synageva BioPharma Corp. Ms. Secor spent 15 years at Genzyme Corporation (???Genzyme???) in diverse leadership roles, most recently as the Global General Manager for the Metabolic Disease Business. Prior to Genzyme, Ms. Secor held positions at Alkermes, Inc. in business development, and at Centocor, Inc. (a Johnson & Johnson Company) in clinical and commercial operations. She began her career at Pfizer Inc. as a hospital-based sales representative. Ms. Secor received an M.B.A. from Northeastern University, and a B.S. in Healthcare Administration from the University of New Hampshire and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research (FPWR).

Dr. Claire Madden-Smith, BSc, Ph.D., has been Senior Vice President of Juniper Pharma Services at Juniper Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since March 29, 2016 and served as its Vice President of Commercial Services until March 29, 2016. Dr. Madden-Smith serves as Vice President of Commercial Services of Molecular Profiles Ltd. Dr. Madden-Smith served as Commercial Director of Molecular Profiles Ltd. She has served at Juniper Pharma Services for over a decade. She has over 15 years of CRO business and technical experience, leading commercial team and pharmaceutical development service. She instills a consultative approach to the development of new business opportunities. She joined Molecular Profiles in 2001. She chaired the Marketing Committee of the Controlled Release Society and served on the Materials Science focus group of the Academy of Pharmaceutical Science GB. Dr. Madden-Smith received a Chemistry Degree from Loughborough University in 1995 and doctorate in Physical Chemistry from Loughborough University.

Dr. Nikin Patel, Ph.D., MRPharmS, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Juniper Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since April 10, 2015. Dr. Patel co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Juniper Pharma Services Ltd. (formerly Molecular Profiles Ltd.), a wholly owned subsidiary of Juniper Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since 1998 until April 2015. He is also a Co-founder of Locate Therapeutics, a specialist regenerative medicine and device company. He has over 15 years??? technical experience centered on pharmaceutical analysis and formulation development. Dr. Patel is the Founder of Regentec Ltd and serves as its Director. He has been a Director of Juniper Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 2013. He serves as a Director of Critical Pharmaceuticals. His leadership was recognized externally through the U.K.'s most prestigious industry accolade, the Queen's Award for Enterprise, won by Molecular Profiles in both 2007 and 2011 in the Innovation category. He is a Member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (MRPharmS). Dr. Patel received a first-class honours Pharmacy degree from the University of Nottingham in 1994. He also received Ph.D. in Pharmacy from the University of Nottingham in 1998.
