Jyve's "hiring" and "interview"process is sadly lacking (that's the nice version) and as a result, they fail to weed out some extremely antisocial & socially stunted individuals who continuously drag the entire Jyve workforce down in various ways. Jyve Corporation is only interested in obtaining cheap labor. There is NO cohesive company culture, and the result is a contractual employee base that is constantly in flux and turning over due to mistreatment and threatening attitudes that comprehensively define the regional managers. This job should ONLY be approached with the intent of doing several jobs per month. Working more frequently will lead to broad disillusionment, intense frustration and ultimately, quitting.
