Management is horrible. The ordering reps are paid on commission so they always over order, and when you have to backstock excessive product you get in trouble. No matter what you try to explain theu never take the stockers side. Selling dope is a better work environment.

They are relatively good at avoiding micromanagement, and attempts are made at transparency, but it could definitely improve.

Unlimited PTO. I knew I was paid significantly less than others at my experience level as well.

My ability to pick how much i make and want to work

We get paid less than a dollar per case. Sometimes it takes 15 minutes to find an obscure product or new product on the shelf. That means we are getting paid $4/hr. On top of toxic stores and management, nothing could possibly make this company see its faults

Need more pay for jops like asamplers and stocking

Jyve is a apathetic, uncaring organization. Quitting is the best solution to increasing happiness.....
