Mr. David L. Starling, also known as Dave, has been Senior Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer at Kansas City Southern since July 1, 2016. Mr. Starling served as the Chief Executive Officer at The Kansas City Southern Railway Company. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Kansas City Southern (KCS) from August 1, 2010 to July 1, 2016. He served as the President and Director General of The Panama Canal Railway Company (PCRC) since 1999 until June 2008 and also served as its Chief Executive Officer. He headed The Panama Canal Railway, for nine years. He has a 23-year industry career, from helping Mi-Jack create a terminal operating firm to running stack train operations in Chicago and later the southern region for American President Lines, as well as postings in Asia for APL. He began his railroad career in 1971 with the St. Louis-San Francisco Railroad (Frisco) and for 14 years, he held various positions in rail operations at Frisco and later Burlington Northern (BN). In 1984, Mr. Starling joined Mi-Jack Products to help create a terminal operating company, In-Terminal Services (ITS), as General Manager. He served as Vice President of ITS and launched an aggressive marketing strategy resulting in very rapid growth over a four year period. In 1988, he joined American President Lines (APL) as Managing Director of stack train operations for the Chicago region and later the Southern region, where he was heavily involved with the implementation of dedicated double stack trains from the Detroit area to Hermosillo, Mexico for Ford, to Monterrey, Mexico for General Motors and to Toluca, Mexico for Chrysler. From 1993 to 1994, he served as Managing Director of the Philippines for APL and was responsible for all regional functions including financial, legal and governmental relations. Since 1995, he served as APL's Managing Director for Hong Kong/South China region and served as its Vice President of Central Asia responsible for China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. He serves as Chairman of Kansas City Southern de M???xico S.A. de C.V. and The Kansas City Southern Railway Company. He has been Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Panama Canal Railway Company and Panarail since July 2008. He served as Vice President of the Board of Directors at Kansas City Southern de M???xico S.A. de C.V. since September 2009. He has been an Independent Director of The Greenbrier Companies, Inc. since June 29, 2017. He served as a Director of Ferrellgas, Inc., the General Partner of Ferrellgas Partners LP, Ferrellgas Partners Finance Corp. and Ferrellgas L P since February 27, 2014 until November 15, 2017. He has been a Director of The Kansas City Southern Railway Company since July 2008. He served as a Director of Kansas City Southern from May 6, 2010 to May 31, 2017. In 2012, Mr. Starling was awarded Railway Age's prestigious Railroader of the Year award.

Mr. Brian D. Hancock has been Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Kansas City Southern since August 2015. Mr. Hancock served as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Family Dollar Stores Inc., since 2013 until July 2015. He served as the Chief Supply Chain Officer of Dollar Tree, Inc. He has in-depth knowledge of the North American transportation network, along with his extensive experience managing complex global supply chains. Prior to joining to Family Dollar, Mr. Hancock served as President of North American division for The Martin -Brower Company, L.L.C., from 2011 to 2013, where he was responsible for all strategic and operational functions in North America. He served as Vice President of Global Supply Chain for Whirlpool, Inc. from 2005 to 2011. where he led the development of a multi-modal, worldwide logistics strategy for Whirlpool's Mexican manufacturing operation. He served as Vice President in Charge of Supply Chain of North America of Whirlpool Corporation since June 1, 2005. He served as Vice President of Logistics at Whirlpool Corporation. He served as Vice President and General Managerat Schneider National, a privately held transportation and logistics leader. He served as a Vice President and General Manager of Schneider Logistics Inc. He a member of the board of directors for the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), and the Marriott School Supply Chain advisory board at Brigham Young University. He has previously served as chairman of the Distribution Council for McDonald''s Corporation and as chairman of the General Motors Corporation Supplier Council. He holds a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and a master's degree in business from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Mr. Jeffrey M. Songer, also known as Jeff, has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Kansas City Southern since March 2016. Mr. Songer served as the Chief Transportation Officer and Senior Vice President of Engineering at The Kansas City Southern Railway Company since July 2014. He has been Vice President and Chief Engineer of KCS U.S. subsidiary at Kansas City Southern since July 1, 2012. He has significant project management expertise and has consistently demonstrated effective execution and leadership. He served as an Assistant Vice President of Planning and Administration - Engineering Department at Kansas City Southern from March 2011 to June 30, 2012. Upchurch, also known as Mike, serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Kansas City Southern de Mexico, S.de R.L. de C.V. and The Kansas City Southern Railway Company. Mr. Upchurch has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Kansas City Southern since October 16, 2008.
