Mr. Matthew Kaplan, also known as Matt, has been the President of KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation since April 15, 2005 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since January 01, 2017. Tarbox has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation (also known as Stone Arcade Acquisition Corp.) since January 08, 2007 and January 01, 2017 respectively. Ms. Tarbox served as Vice President of KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation since January 08, 2007 until January 01, 2017. Ms. Tarbox served as a Financial Consultant of Stone Arcade since April 2006. She played a key financial role in the acquisition by Stone Arcade of the Kraft Papers Business from International Paper Company. She served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Uniscribe Professional Services, Inc., from March 2003 to March 2006 and was responsible for all its financial and corporate administrative functions. Prior to joining Uniscribe, Ms. Tarbox served as Group Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at The Gartner Group from July 1994 to February 2003. She began her business career as an Auditor and then Senior Auditor of Ernst & Young. She then served for British Petroleum in 3 levels of increased responsibility, supervising the Accounting, Reporting and Systems groups. Ms. Tarbox went on to manage the Accounting function of ABEX, a $700 million global industrial products firm. She served as Director of Accounting at NY Power Authority, a $1.3 billion business. For 5 years she led the Accounting, Analysis and Corporate Services of Fortune Brands, a $15 billion consumer products company. Ms. Tarbox received a BA degree in Psychology from Connecticut College, graduating with honors. She later received an MBA in Finance from University of Rhode Island. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Randy J. Nebel has been Executive Vice President of Integrated Packaging at KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation since January 01, 2017. Mr. Nebel serves as the President of KapStone Kraft Paper Corporation. Mr. Nebel has been the President of Longview Fibre Company, Longview Fibre Paper and Packaging, Inc. since July 2009. He served as Vice President, General Manager and President of the Mill Division at KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation from August 2013 to January 01, 2017. He joined Longview in January 2008.
