
They have an open vacation policy. Note that I said, "Open" and not, "Unlimited." This means that there is no vacation time to accrue and no set number of hours/days you may take as PTO. Instead, you coordinate with your team and manager and, take whatever time you need. The idea is you're treated as an adult (nobody's counting your time), and as such you're also expected to be reasonable and considerate with your request.
Kasasa has an open PTO policy, where they don't count days you've been out. The only requirement is that you take care of your responsibilities and work with your manager to clear any conflicts.
