Kasasa has an open vacation policy, which means no hour counting. As long as your team and manager are good with it, you can take the time you need.

Health benefits are worthless. Would be better to offer no healthcare and let employees purchase real insurance from the marketplace. Offer unlimited pro but not able to use i.

Hardworking, smart, dedicated (almost to a fault)

Meeting culture has taken over. The obvious answer to "why isnt this done ?" Is that dont have uninterrupted time to work. Get on a roll snd you hsve to stop to get ready for the next meeting
