What are some of the best things about your team?

Hardworking, smart, dedicated (almost to a fault)

We get along. We support each other.

Meeting culture has taken over. The obvious answer to "why isnt this done ?" Is that dont have uninterrupted time to work. Get on a roll snd you hsve to stop to get ready for the next meeting

Most people are caring and want to help the entire team

Everyone is an expert and passionate about growing their skills.

Really smart people who hold each other accountable and help each other out to reach team goals. Zero competition, all collaboration.
