Mr. Xiaowen Zheng has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of KBS Fashion Group Limited since November 1, 2017. Mr. Zheng has extensive experience in China's advertising and media industries. Prior to this appointment, as the founder, Mr. Zheng has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Shancangzi (Xiamen) Culture Communications Co. Ltd. He has been a Director of KBS Fashion Group Limited since November 1, 2017. Mr. Zheng currently also serves as a board director of Advertising Association of Fujian Province and Advertising Association of Xiamen City, a member of China Public Relations Association. Mr. Zheng attended Executive Development Program in Economics at Xiamen University and holds a Bachelor Degree in Information Management and Systems from Yang-En University.

Ms. Lixia Tu has been the Chief Financial Officer at KBS Fashion Group Limited since June 25, 2015 and its Secretary since November 1, 2017 and serves as its Executive Director. Ms. Tu is an accomplished ACCA certified professional with more than eight years of accounting and audit experience including IFRS, US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley and SEC compliance requirements.

Mr. Stylianos Stergios Sougioultzoglou serves as the Chief Strategic Officer and Head of Investor Relations at KBS Fashion Group Limited. Mr. Sougioultzoglou has been Managing Partner of SafeShip Investment Company SICAR since November 2009. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Aquasition Corp., since March 15, 2012 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Since May 2012, Mr. Sougioultzoglou has been engaged as a financial consultant to ALMI Group, a Greek-based tanker and dry bulk owner, in connection with ALMI Group's financing of the acquisition of eight pre-determined liquid natural gas carriers. From February 2000 to March 2008, while at UBS, Mr. Sougioultzoglou was made responsible for Greek equities and Italian companies, as an Executive Director, covering companies in commodities, energy, transport, retail, oil refining, media. He has been a Director of Blue Sea Ship Capital SA and SafeShip Investment Company SICAR since November 2009. He served as a Director of KBS Fashion Group Limited from March 15, 2012 to May 11, 2015. He served as a Director of Aquasition Corp., since March 15, 2012. Mr. Sougioultzoglou has Bachelor's of Science in Sociology and Economics from the London School of Economics, London, England and a Master's of Science in Investment Management from the City University Business School in London, England.

Mr. Themistoklis Kalapotharakos, also known as Themis, Co-founded SafeShip Investment Company SICAR in 2007 and has been its Managing Director since April 2007. Since January 2007, Mr. Kalapotharakos served as Vice President of Empire Chemical Tankers, Inc. He has been an Executive Director of KBS Fashion Group Limited since June 15, 2015. He serves as a Director of Enerpro SA, Empire Chemical Tankers, Inc., Tzi Energiaki Ilias SA, Enerpro Carbon SA, Aggitis SA, Enerpro Agia Paraskevi SA, Kampas SA, Bitumen Applied Research Ltd., Blue Bunker SA, Blue Sea Ship Capital SA, Blue Laoura Maritime SA, Blue Harbour Maritime SA, Chemical Invest Inc., Dry Invest Inc., Elspeth Shipping Corporation, Empire Chemical Tanker Holdings Inc., Hydroussa Maritime Ltd., Linsen International Ltd., Nicomedia Navigation Ltd., Oliver Ship holding Company, Parsley Navigation Inc., Romford Services SA and Verdi Shipholding Limited. He served as a Director of Aquasition Corp., since March 15, 2012. Mr. Kalapotharakos is a Member of the Institute of Petroleum (IPE) in London and has a Bachelor's of Science in Maritime Business from Cardiff University, United Kingdom and a Master's of Science in Transportation and Finance from the Cass Business School in London, England.
